Pocket City 2 delivers both simplistic and detailed fun all in one. The user interface is easy to navigate and everything it categorized in a simple way. The game has lots of details and statistics to go along with building the city of your dreams. A great game anyone can enjoy even if its your first city builder. The game has a great tutorial at the start that you can skip if you choose to. The game lets you create your own mayor avatar with some decent customization. There isn't a whole lot of options to choose from but it's good enough. My favorite part is free roam. You get to control your avatar mayor in 3rd person from the view as if you are a citizen. You can explore the city you are creating and interact with the citizens and structures.
The game has some main quests along with citizen quests you can complete to earn account experience. As you increase your account level you will unlock new buildings and features. The game is currently $4.99 USD which I think is priced fine. I would rather pay 5 dollars than have a free to play game filled with annoying ads and microtransactions that would kill the experience. The game is easy to jump into and play as opposed to some of the other city building games out there. I think this is a great entry level game for someone looking to get into city building style games. It's simply but detailed enough to feel realistic. The construction of roads and buildings is easy to understand and navigate. Great game that I recommend.

Pocket City 2 is a premium purchase city builder game, similar to games like Sim City or Cities for example. But it does have some unique features for this mobile game to stand on its own.
Gameplay wise Pocket City 2 has you step into the shoes of the mayor of your new city. You must grow it, and accept various quests that appear from the different buildings you make. Starting from the town hall, and eventually from many various places.

the best city builder game i found so far, no pay to win, focusing on city building aspect, fast progress, lots of plugins, fun, worth your time, free, getting diamonds is very easy, just by watching ads you can get 15 diamonds, and download plugin for free by watching ads, no ads will bother you when playing unless you want to get diamonds/plugins for free by watching ads.
unlike most city building games on mobile where the progress takes a long time and you have to wait for hours to upgrade buildings and always bother you with ad (some of them), with many kinds of currency in the game which is hard to get and pain in the back or you can just buy it using real money ಠ_ʖಠ (pls don't hate me because of this)

The gameplay, the graphics, and the animation of the city-building game are so great. I enjoyed it.
I love how every intricate detail of the things needed to manage the city is all there, from resources, and manpower, and you get to explore vast lands to discover new things that would be keys to making major improvements to the city. I enjoyed the game, and it's worth the purchase.
