While I enjoy the gameplay and graphic design of this game, very quickly are upgrades put behind a premium currency wall.
Want more doctors? Premium currency.
Want to upgrade your equipment? Initially gold, then premium currency. Haven't seen past the initial premium currency upgrade.
Want a secondary piece of equipment in this room? Premium currency.
And yes, you can get premium currency in game by 5 staring levels, but you do have to play the round a handful of times to get 2 premium currency.
I may continue to play it, but it seems like items that should be able to be received through simpler in game means may be what stops me.
