At start, the different initiatives and projects you can undertake aren't quite clear cut yet, and you will probably have to fumble around in the first few minutes of the game, or even the first few sessions.

Your main goal is to turn a zero stability war-torn region, into a stable country, all while maintaining your reputation and ensuring the country does not succumb to corruption, economical collapse, or insurgents. The user interface is intuitive and is built from the ground up for touch controls, and looks way different from the PC version. It’s easy to navigate through menus and manage various aspects of the game. The attention to detail extends to the sound design as well, with an atmospheric soundtrack that complements the thrilling and immersive gameplay.

Rebel Inc. is a free-to-play title with many in-app purchases that affect the gameplay, but not to the extent that it becomes unplayable without spending money. The game effectively distinguishes features between the free-to-play and paid versions.
