Heroes Arise is currently in its 2nd beta test from June 1st to June 30th. Typically I don't like moba games on mobile devices but this one surprised me. The controls felt better than other similar games I have played and it seemed more simple. The skills were pretty straight forward with your hero having a buff skill, AOE skill, and crowd control skill. The game also offers tons of options to help fit your play style when it comes to your heroes basic attack and skills. The game does a great job teaching you about the moba genre so even people new to this game style can learn fast and enjoy it.
The game has a huge roster of heroes for you to choose from and unlock. Each hero has their own playstyle among 6 different types of heroes such as fighter, support, mage, etc. There are also lots of events going on along with quests and achievements for you to try and complete. The game has loads of cosmetics for you to unlock or purchase with real money. There are different skins for pretty much all the heroes so your bound to find one as your favorite. The game has a few different game modes such as ranked, unranked, and practice/tutorial mode.
The game runs super smooth with the option to run at 120 FPS and increase the graphics to look even better. The player skill level is super unbalanced though and sometimes it feels like you're not even playing against real live players. Often you don't even need to go for jungle buffs or strategic play. You can just push your lane and win. Hopefully The matchmaking will be improved for the official release.
