That's why we've developed a unique, fair, and exciting method for selecting our 14 winners, employing an approach that uses public financial market data to generate random winning numbers. Here's a step-by-step guide on how this thrilling process works:
Each ticket will have a unique number. We will use public financial market data to calculate these random numbers, so as to ensure that no one can know and manipulate the winning result in advance.
The calculation formula for the 14 winning numbers is as follows:
Winning Number = Remainder of (Random Number A ÷ Total Number of Tickets B)
Where:
A = Reverse of (Nasdaq Composite Opening Price on June 28th x Dow Jones Opening Price on June 28th x 10000 x n)
B = Total number of tickets generated by the end of the Playfest (excl. the number of tickets obtained by users who have already won any reward)
n = Order of the draw
For example, if the NASDAQ Opening Price on June 28th is 7989.36 and the Dow Jones Opening Price is 26135.79, we calculate A as the reverse of (7989.36 x 26135.79 x 10000 x 1), which results in A = 4491532808802. Suppose there were 88888 tickets generated by the end of the lottery period, then B = 88888. Based on the formula, the 1st winning number is determined by taking the remainder of (A ÷ B). In the given example, A ÷ B = 4491532808802 ÷ 88888 = 50530249, with a remainder 35690. Therefore, the winning number is 35690, and the ticket number is No. 00035690.
This event will generate 14 winning numbers. Each winning number is based on the remainder of (Reverse of (NASDAQ Opening Price x Dow Jones Opening Price x 10000 x n) ÷ B), where n represents the order of the draw.
Here is the breakdown of prizes according to the order of winning numbers:
- Numbers 1-10: $1000 via PayPal or gift card
- Number 11: Steam Deck
- Numbers 12-14: Xbox Controller
If multiple winning numbers belong to the same participant, we will continue the draw in sequence until we have different winners.
