Need Help Finding A Game That Similar To Lord Of The Ring : War

Few years back before discovered LOTR:W, i played a game that really similar to mentioned game but i forgot the title of the game.

The commander systems, how we expand the territory are the same. What that different are the rally skin is the commander of the troop, the troop we got them from gacha systems. One i'd remembered are one of the commander is a fire lizard and the other one is a necromancer.

Maybe i had mistaken or mixed with Dawn of Titans but when i rewatched the gameplay of DoT, its not the same but really close to LOTR:W.

So if anyone could remembered or still played the game that really similar to LOTR:W, please help me with comment the title of the game.
