Skull and Bones PC Closed Beta coming soon!
4K View2023-08-17Skull and Bones, the oft-delayed and possibly cursed naval combat title, will have a closed beta from August 24th to 28th. It will be available for PC players via Unisoft Connect and is invitation only(though players can bring up to two more friends).
The beta’s preload starts August 22nd and 3 AM PT and kicks off on August 24th at 7 PM PT before ending at midnight PT on August 28th. The game is coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. A release date hasn’t been announced yet.

About the game:
What we can look forward to is its main campaign contracts, which act as a guide to “build your reputation and discover more about the world”, up to the Exterminate the Rat contract. Of course, there are also bounty contracts, side contracts, repeatable contracts, and the Merchant Convoy World event. In this game, players can meet each other, craft ships and weapons, and store loot. You can also sell riches plundered from targets, meet other factions, and discover “hidden” areas to purchase rare items.

Skull and Bones, the open-world pirate game developed by Ubisoft, will soon enter its open beta phase. From February 8 to 11, players will be able to set sail and face other pirates, merchant ships or military forces in various regions around the globe.
A RICH AND STRATEGIC WORLD
The Skull and Bones open beta reveals the richness of the game world and its strategic diversity. Players will be able to explore areas like the Red Isle and the East Indies, where they will have to deal with changing weather conditions, sea currents, coral reefs or underwater volcanoes. They will also be able to choose their faction from the four available: the Outcasts, the Raiders, the Merchants or the Royal Navy. Each faction offers advantages and disadvantages, as well as specific quests and challenges.
