Honestly I don't understand how this article interpretated as a mobile release. I never mentioned, say, or even imply CS2 released on mobile ever. I don't even know where that idea even came up from. So, if you ask when CS2 came to mobile, I don't know until an official news dropped, which so far there isn't ever such a thing. Thankyou.
