Stun-locking and abilities that send characters flying without a chance to react can lead to frustrating moments. Right from the start, MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE immerses you in the world of Heroes and Quirks, and it's exhilarating. The game is action-packed and really captures the vibe of the anime so well in its battles and combat, delivering an authentic anime gaming experience in battle royale format.
While the controls are generally responsive, I did notice that there's a learning curve, especially when playing with a keyboard and mouse. With multiple controls than usual for abilities, dodging, and items, it takes a bit of time to get used to the layout.

MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE is a new free-to-play addition to the genre of battle royales that attempts to compete with other existing games that have dominated the genre for the last 5 years most notably Fortnite. Choose your favorite hero or villain, complete with quirks and characteristics, and compete for the top spot! It's difficult to understand why this game was considered. While it appears alright at first glance, once you get your hands on it and physically start playing it just feels like another jaded attempt at something that didn't need to be a thing, but rather a way for some small studio to attempt to cash in on something popular far down the line.
