If you encounter the issue as reflected in the screenshot above when you enter the game, please update the game to the latest version 1.6.21.
When you have finished updating, restart the game and it will be solved.

i am adding another discussion on here. I feel as is it's a problem with you guys since i even contacted the support team. They recommended that i clear the cache from my phone and i did and it didn't help at all. This is day 3 now of not being able to play because i can't log in.
