Genshin Impact, a game with a community who ships characters, simps on them, and makes memes out of them. Well I'm a simp myself, but I don't ship, and I love the funny memes.
Firstly, to those who plan on playing this game, you need these: (1) good luck (2) willpower (3) strategy and (4) knowledge.
1. Why do you need good luck?
The gacha system of course! There are those who are extremely lucky in getting 5 star characters on soft pity and winning their 50/50. But there those who are not fortunate and have to go on hard pity and lose their 50/50 to not so good characters.
For example, I am a genshin fanatic and just now is playing genshin for the first time then got Keqing on my first 10x pull on the standard banner meanwhile my friend who has played genshin for almost a year has tried to get Keqing but fails (lost it to Diluc and Yaoyao).
My best advice to the unfortunate souls is to do rituals! "What are rituals?" you may ask, well something like drinking a ton of beer or alchoholic drinks before pulling Venti. Well I don't do rituals though since I got the luck, not to boast or anything.
2. Why do you need willpower?
After losing your 50/50, you can't just say you want to quit the game. Because bro, you can do quests to get primogems then save up to get more 10x pulls.
Orher than the willpower to get more primogems, you need to farm materials for ascensions, levels, artifacts, and all those other stuff. Archon quests and story quests take up your time, so you got to spend at least 15 minutes. "Well even if I skip the dialogue, I can just go on You—" no, hell no. Okay it's just my opinion but don't, like you never know you might feel bored watching YouTube videos of that dialogue so it's not a win situation.
3. Why do I need to do or have strategy?
You have to make your choice in having your early game team that will soon be beneficial to your mid game and late game team comps. Don't distribute the experience points (XP) evenly because the higher the level, the more XP you need.
Invest in the characters that make up your team and don't waste your resources on the other characters unless necessary.
4. Why do I need knowledge?
Because you would be—nah I'm joking but you need basic knowledge about Genshin Impact if you are a newbie. It's important to research about everything, or research the things you need to know before doing reckless actions that will lead to regrets in the future.

Long time ago I actually already wrote a review on this game, but I wanted to write a more thorough review.
The lore in this game is very good, each region of Teyvat, the game's world, having an unique story to tell. You start off at Mondstadt, a beautiful region with lots of forests to explore.
The characters are diverse, the animations are done beautifully and satisfyingly. Their gameplay ranges from close range combat such as sword, claymore, and polearm to long range combat such as catalyst and bow. All of them have different advantages and disadvantages, but it's up to you what weapon you want to use(unless the character is not using the same weapon type you want, of course).

i don't know where to start with this game
First of all. Very good Visually. but not only visual this game is more than that.
It have both good and bad aspect which make Genshin a great game.
Genshin done an excellent job on its story telling and music. as a player i experienced emotions throughout the visual and sound. those of which i think make the game truely a good game.
not to mention genshin have one of the most amazing characters design. their design fit well with the atmospheres, variety of clothings and style that you might never seen before surely will make you go wow.

Genshin Impact is Very Addicting Game.
I've been playing this GI for a years now since the first release of Klee Banner.
Overall: 4/5 Stars
Graphics: 5/5
Characters: 5/5
Music: 6/5
Lore: 5/5
Performance: Only NASA phone's can run it at 60 fps. Or NASA PC.
Why did I rate it 4 Stars, Because:
- One, The domain artifact system is garbage, no more how fast you clear the domain the results are the same.
Like: I you're goal is to get a Crit DMG Circlet it will instead gives you Hp/Def/Atk/EM other than the one you like, which is very irritating.

Most ppl with good luck are f2p players well.. as an f2p player lost 50/50 once only
