Dear Knights:
Our technical team has been consistently fixing and improving the server performance to reduce server fluctuations. From today's data, the overall stability of the server has improved compared to before. However, some players may experience short-term frequent lags, and we are closely monitoring the situation during peak hours in our evening (UTC+8).

Players in Europe:

If you are in or near Europe, it is highly possible that you'll encounter login or registration issues. That is because we've temporarily shut down the services while we are fixing the error. We will keep everyone updated the first minute the European server is up and running.

Regarding compensation for server error:

We still need some time to observe the server's operating status. Once the servers become more stable, we will arrange the delivery of compensation. Thank you for your patience.
The total compensation we will send out is as follows:
  • 450 Gems+ 15 Chest Keys + 15 Cardpack Vouchers + 75000 Coins + 1 Hairstyle (Afro)
  • Additional compensation consists of 3 Companion Eggs + 1 Hairstyle (Pompadour)
We will be sending out the following rewards again as compensation in future updates:
  • 1  Sapphire Pass
  • 1  Home Decor: ChillyRoom in a Jam
  • 1  Scarecrow skin: Server Engineer
  • 1  Companion: Apology Gear
*The names of the Home Decor, skin, and companion are yet to be determined.

A series of issues caused by server error

No. 1: Items temporarily lost
Server lags and disconnections are the main reasons for losing items in the game. Players may encounter a disconnection when picking up a loot during a run. If that happens to you, please wait patiently for the network connection to be restored. Players may encounter a disconnection when purchasing a treasure chest or opening it in Chillstead Village. Please do not click Return to the Main Menu if that happens to you. Kill the game app, then log in again and enter Chillstead Village. The chest or items will stay on the spot.
No. 2: Delay in redeeming gift codes
The failure to redeem the gift code is due to server lag and disconnection, which prevents the client from being notified in time to deliver the items. Normally, if the gift code is shown as claimed successfully, the player should be able to receive the gift after re-logging into the game. We will work hard to optimize the gift code redemption logic to reduce server pressure and reduce redemption delays.
No. 3: Delay in order delivery
We will re-send un-received orders in bulk on a daily basis. For most players who do not receive what they paid for, they need to log out and re-enter the game or log in the next day to receive their orders. If you still have not received the order after logging in for many days, please send our customer service a screenshot of the Order History. Due to a high demand for customer service, we are sorry that we can’t reply to all messages in a timely manner. Please leave messages and we will be here with you as soon as possible.
No. 4: Can’t claim beta test payment compensation
Players may encounter a disconnection when claiming items attached to a mail in Chillstead Village. If that happens, the save data may not be refreshed normally. In this case, exit the game and restart it to check whether the items attached to the mail are restored to your account. If, after re-login, you still do not receive the Fish Chips, we will resend the compensation mail to each former tester who can’t receive the compensation after the server is stabilized.

Significant improvements have been made to SKP's servers, so we have sent a compensation mail to all players who have logged into the game and found a knightly order before December 14, 2023 (UTC+8).
