Sorry that it has been a long wait.
Significant improvements have been made to SKP's servers, and compensation will be provided to all affected players. During peak hours and other extreme circumstances, you may still experience disconnections or lags. Please wait for a moment and try reconnecting.
We will send a compensation mail to all players who have logged into the game and found a knightly order before 23:59:59 on December 14, 2023 (UTC+8). Please go to the Mailbox in Chillstead in the game to receive your compensation. The compensation is as below:
Gems*600 + Chest Keys*15 + Cardpack Vouchers*15 + Coins*75000 + Hairstyle Afro*1 + Companion Eggs*3 + Hairstyle Pompadour*1 + Sapphire Pass*1 + Home Decor (ChillyRoom in a Jam) *1 + Companion (EpiGear) *1.
There might be a delay in sending the compensation email. If you do not find the mail in your Mailbox, please check again later. The compensation mail expires at 23:59:59 on Jan 15, 2024 (UTC+8). Please claim your compensation as soon as possible.

Update on Server Error (As of 18:00 on November 29)
Dear Knights:
Our technical team has been consistently fixing and improving the server performance to reduce server fluctuations. From today's data, the overall stability of the server has improved compared to before. However, some players may experience short-term frequent lags, and we are closely monitoring the situation during peak hours in our evening (UTC+8).
Players in Europe:
If you are in or near Europe, it is highly possible that you'll encounter login or registration issues. That is because we've temporarily shut down the services while we are fixing the error. We will keep everyone updated the first minute the European server is up and running.

We found that the server had some errors at 2 a.m. (UTC+08:00) After the technician located and troubleshooted, the server was repaired at 7 a.m. (UTC+08:00) We're sorry about that.
Compensation has been distributed, so please remember to get it in the game mail.
