Revelation m infinite journey is a Chinese fantasy styled MMO that provides customization and multiple classes to choose from in the beginning of the game. Classes range from healers to damage dealers. You can pick 2 choices on how you want your character stats to be by picking the options provided. After you have completed this you get dropped onto a ship to begin your journey.
👍 Pros: The graphics are really beautiful and give lots of customization options for your characters face. The scenery and landscape is very beautiful providing alot to take in when you first join the game. You’re able to fly and explore a decent amount of the open world provided.
👎 Cons: The story line is confusing I don’t understand what it’s about because the dialogue is so fast along with the story being all over the place, on the contrary the (EN) voice acting isn’t great it sounds ai generated and all npcs talk extremely fast and robotic. It leans toward the P2W side, people who just joined the beta were told that if you spend $500+ in the CBT you are rewarded double the amount of money you spent converting into rebate compensation = double currency & rewards. Many people are spending so much money to get ahead in the ranks before the game has even been released making it hard for f2p to get rewards and compete in the ranks. Certain Characters power creep other classes, the only character that is completely maxed out off rip when you preview classes is the oculist class. it has all areas maxed out for the skill hexegon while other classes barely touch certain stats like damage survival control ect making characters who are healers and defensive types useless for end game causing options to be limited. The game play is somewhat pve & pvp but it’s mainly auto play. Cosmetics for f2p are expensive & basic. There’s an expensive Gacha summoning system for familiars that mimics a sun dial there are two choices to pick simultaneously. there’s your zodiac sign then element similar to pokemon, but it’s confusing considering they have these symbols attached to their summons but they don’t seem to have any elemental effect or synergy with reactions in gameplay. the only information is that there is a shielder healer buffer or damage dealer making it unclear what to pull for or if these summons are worth it. They don’t clarify if those stats matter besides what the summons do functionality wise on the base surface.
Over all I would not waste your time with this game if you don’t whale often on games or like auto play. 🧚🏼♀️
Graphics and customization sound amazing, but that P2W... yikes.
