Monster Hunter Now!
🎮 Gameplay: The game is basically Pokémon Go! But Monster Hunter style 🔥🏹, this includes:
- Monster encounters for farming materials (Solo or with Others).
- Gathering random stuff around the map.
- leveling up, crafting and upgrading gear and weapons.
- completing Main quests and special quests for loot!

🕹️ Controls & 🤼 Combat Mechanics: the game controls are pretty smooth over all and easy to learn, you move left and right on the screen while fighting a monster to dodge and you click the screen to attack (hold to charge attack on certain weapons), it needs to be said that some weapons have “hidden” mechanics to learn as you play that are surprisingly more in-depth than i first realized, such as the “Great Sword” having 3 levels of charging on its attacks to increase the damage by a bug margin but offers more risk while staying in place. (4/5) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🎨 Graphics: The game look pretty visually and the monsters look and sound great in-game as well, it also offers 60 FPS mode as well as (Low, medium, high and very high) settings which will affect your battery life the higher you go. (4/5) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🗺️ Map Design & 🚀 Travel & Transportation: the map is your own local map with monster hunter visuals, this includes multiple different biomes such as (Desert, Forest and Swamp) all with somewhat different monster spawns! And the Traversal is exactly like Pokemon Go! Where you walk to a specific area and monster will spawn all over the map for you to encounter. (4/5) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👩‍👧‍👦 Character Customization 🌱 Growth & Development: When you start the game there is a simple character creation system to help you make your character, as for growth the game offers a (Gear & Weapons) pages that unlocks more options when you slay new monsters you encounter during your story and travels, just like in all mMonster Hunter Games! In addition to that all Gear & Weapons have different grades which increase their damage and affinity > “crit”  (if a weapon offers that stat), and all this is done by defeating monsters and collecting material over time to make your desired gear sets that also offer special passive abilities like ( better dodging, increased damage, increased elemental damage, higher defense…etc). (4/5) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

🛍️ In-game Purchases: Here we go, yes the game has an in-game shop that offers many things such as (storage space, healing items, “paintballs” > used to mark monsters so you can fight them at a later time anywhere, and obviously you can buy Zenny/gold as well, most of these purchases require thr premium currency which is bought with real money! 💰 (2/5) ⭐️⭐️

Conclusion  and opinion 📖✅ : I believe the game is worth trying for the fans of MH franchise, it definitely scratched the itch playing it on the “GO!” And offers alot to enjoy! From monsters to gear and weapons and the grind to becoming the best monster hunter out there!
🙏🏽 Note: i did not try playing with others due to them having to be in the same exact area as you to join YOUR monster hunt! Even if you have a marked monster (lame and annoying), i was hoping it would be like Pokemon go Raids where everyone joins on their own but it is not like that currently it is invite only and each person has their own targets to invite people to if they are near you physically by scanning your QR code🤦🏽‍♂️.

Monster Hunter Now Addiction
If you loved Niantic's previous games like Ingress & Pokemon GO, you'll surely love this. You'll love it even more if you're a fan of the Monster Hunter franchise. I'm not much of a console gamer, but this title was one of the few that really got my attention when it was first released so when it got ported for the PC, I of course got it. Sadly, my PC days are behind me now (mainly because of age and work) but I still play using my cellphone. So, I just had to play this too. Boy am I hooked !!! I now find myself walking around our village again much like when I played both Ingress and Pokemon GO. I'm also now thinking of playing this game during bike rides so I can explore and get more materials.

OMG, Monster hunter mobile?!?
I think my title pretty much sums up my reaction to this game, but here goes nothing... This game looks like a Monster Hunter clone and I still love it. I love these type of games and honestly I got excited once I started playing it. I only hope I get an immersive experience the same way as MH. I love that it's a mobile game so I can play it anywhere. The graphics look awesome of course, although I may have maxed out my graphics settings in my device to check out how detailed the game can be. Sure, there's a few frame rate drops, but It's not that bad 😜

Monster Hunter Now - Go OUT Into The WORLD, And Hunt MONSTERS!
Monster Hunter Now is currently in soft launch and is available now in these countries: Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sweden. The game will be available globally on September 14th. But if you cannot wait to play the game right now. You will have to play it with a VPN if you are not in the available soft launch countries. Surprisingly there is a little bit of a story in this game, from what I could piece together, the monsters are coming through to our world and we the players have been recruited to become monster hunters in order to help take down all the creatures that are running lose in the world. It's an interesting premise and it's a good way to give a reason as to why we are chasing down monsters from the games in the real world. As for the gameplay itself, just like with pokemon go and other games of the sort, you have to actually go outside and find all the monsters.
