Pay to win for sure but even as a free player you get lots of rewards and can build up a strong team, you won't be first place in PvP but still an enjoyable experience.

Good amount of content to be done with or without money. Definitely pressure to spend if you want to compete in pvp/cross server but plenty of folks seem to be doing well free to play.
