Exciting news for strategy and world-building game fans! Wired Productions, along with the award-winning solo developer Tomas Sala, has announced the release of Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles. This highly anticipated title is set to launch on PC, Xbox Series One and X|S, and PlayStation 4 and 5 on March 26, 2024. Additionally, you can look forward to a first-ever cross-platform demo available now, giving a sneak peek into the game's rich and expansive world.
Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles offers players a unique open-world building experience. Set in the vast, oceanic world of the Great Ursee, devastated by a war 40 years prior, players are tasked with creating the last great settlement. Starting with simple docks, players will scavenge resources, expand their settlement, and build towering stone structures, fortresses, and battlements. The game's focus on freedom and expression allows for the construction of sprawling towns and fortresses that serve as hubs for trade or conquest.

The game's strategic depth is enhanced through the creation of trade routes and alliances with other factions. Players can recruit powerful Captains and Commanders to protect and expand their creations. They can also engage in exploration, resource gathering, and, if necessary, waging war against ancient enemies.
In addition to its strategic gameplay, Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles features a 'Freebuild Mode' for peaceful, unlimited building, and a unique building mechanic inspired by 3D modeling software and kitbashing, encouraging creative and experimental constructions. The game's immersive experience is further amplified by an eclectic soundtrack from award-winning composer Benedict Nichols.
The demo allow you to explore a complete scenario, showing the basics of Bulwark and allowing for the growth of settlements up to 15 buildings.
More advanced gameplay elements will be unveiled at the game's full release. For more information and updates, fans can visit thefalconeer.com and follow the game and Tomas Sala on Twitter for behind-the-scenes insights.

Build, Fortify, Explore, Survive | Demo Review - Cataclismo
Cataclismo is a town building and tower defense real-time pausable strategy game where you build and defend the towers and walls of humanity that are struggling to survive in a fantasy world plagued by a hazardous mist and eerie creatures. The graphics feature Another World-esque paint-like cel-shaded visuals for the 3D world, with a cleaner 2D art style for the character portraits and cinematics. It’s not that pleasing to the eyes and is supposed to add to the game’s bleak atmosphere. Additionally, the game also features a fitting hauntingly depressing soundtrack that adds to the atmosphere and helps to create a sense of the cataclysmic world.

Thronefall - An EARLY ACCESS Tower Defense Base Builder That's AWESOME!
Thronefall recently released in Early Access on Steam and this game is so much fun I didn't want to put it down. The gameplay of Thronefall has you building a base over a period of time, and when you run out of gold you have to brave the night and fend off the enemy forces while trying to keep the heart of your base alive. You earn gold from the houses, mills and pretty much every building you make, as well as when you kill the enemies. When you survive the night, all the gold will head towards you like you're a gold vacuum cleaner. You can also upgrade your buildings and walls to make them stronger. Also, if you fail to keep your base alive, that's okay, you will level up regardless of winning or losing, and you will get stronger unlocks because you leveled up. Which you can then use in your next attempts.
