Tank Practice: TIGRIS: 001 [T3 Arena]

This is some Tigris gameplay. I’m not the biggest fan of the hero, because he is just meta now and it’s not fun pretty much having to play him over everything else. I’ve enjoyed the mechanics, but just not how he has overshadowed the whole vanguard section. I’ll continue to play him, but he is my fourth favorite tank😅 Here are the things that I did well, and areas that I can improve.

AREAS I DID WELL

-Fight engagement confidence

I played with overall confidence and understanding of the hero. I utilized his kit pretty well and made some pretty solid plays, and some not so good.

-payload/ objective focused

With such an awesome kit, you can become cocky with the character. I made two positioning errors in this video. One on the initial engagement and a second on a very risky play right before the second checkpoint. All and all I was objective focused, but still had a little fun.

AREAS I NEED IMPROVEMENT

-positioning and a terrible first engagement

first initial engagement was a very noob like mistake. I over extended trying to make a play, only to be killed by a sniper/tank duo. I should have taken out the bestest threat to my team, the uncontested sniper and worked my way back to help my team with the tank.

-crosshair placement

Since I mostly play vanguard or support, my crosshair placement needs some improvement. I missed a few shots do to poor crosshair placement. That’s something that’ll just have to improve with active attention and time.

-don’t take risky plays when there are better plays

I made a hell Mary play before the second check point that could have caused the team to stagger, which is a headache to have to recover with randoms sometimes. I got a little two cocky and over extended into a AR spammers dream team (Gloria and Damion). If I would have waited for them to rotate or disengaged the moment I saw the duo, I would have been able to recover.
