Genuinely the best gaccha game when it comes to 2D visual novel style story-telling. 📖 Storyline: As the name of the game suggests (reverse 1999), the world is unable to move forward in time to the 2000s. The "storm"  takes away those that are deemed un-worthy while distorting the very space and time. 🌌 World Building: In the initial 2 chapters, the game explores the effects of the storm and introduces the "main villains" called "Manus Vindictae".

If you, like me, are drawn in by the game's promotional trailer, believe me, this game is definitely worth your attention. I've spent nearly 10 hours on this game now, and I can assure you there are no glitches or lag in the main narrative. You can even play using the lower-starred characters, although I got lucky and drew Lilya (which was exciting!) The superb art style really is the game's showcase, a major factor that lures most players to start the game in the first place. I'll skip further praises as it speaks for itself.
