Fallout Games See A Massive Player Boost After Show's Release

Fortnite trails behind other massively popular online games like Minecraft (201 billion views), Roblox (75 billion views), Garena Free Fire (72 billion views), and Grand Theft Auto V (70 billion views). One thing left unanswered, however, is whether or not Fortnite is expected to retain these high numbers next year.

This is not a drill! Epic Games has been continuing its yearly Christmas-time tradition of giving away a free game (or two or three) every day for two weeks. There have been some prime hits already, but today's free gifts are especially excellent. Today (December 22, 2022) and today only (or, well, until tomorrow morning), you can log on to the Epic Games Store and get free copies of Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel.

Amazon Prime Video is working on a Fallout TV series, based on Bethesda's popular post-apocalyptic RPG Fallout.
