👍 Pros:
Great combat, thanks to visually complex combat patterns of each playable character as well as enemies/bosses.
Great visuals that are more in the line of maturity and seriousness, compared to too vivid/too colorful regions that give child-like/child-friendly visuals of Genshin Impact, for sure!
Also, at least as of right now, highly responsive and approachable devs, unlike some others who have taken 3 years to ensure quality-of-life changes in their game only because of the arrival of a competitor.
Furthermore, currently, the game does come of generous in terms of gacha pulls; even the banners are facilitated in such a manner that one could get the most out of this version as well as launch. The pity seems to at the friendly-end, too. For example, I got Jiyan within 40 pulls...and yes, he clears out EVERYTHING!
Lastly, Kuro games, as of right now, has kept the account binding system not only simple/easy, but also have provided the option to run multiple accounts binded to a single e-mail, by allowing players to make accounts in every available region server. This is way better than the bull-arse's tart of a hurdle Hoeoverse (i said it!) enforced few months back in the form of account binding to a separate e-mail. I mean, my account that had nearly all limited banner characters upto the desert and sumeru region (arataki iro, the green 5 star healer girl and the 5 star desert wolf electro guy, to refer a few), but had to bid it goodbye, thanks to hoeyoverse's poorly designed account recovery procedure. Heck! Who remembers the exact date they started playing a game 3 years back?!?! Jeez, hoyoverse/hoeyoverse!
👎 Cons:
Personally, since I've been playing it on my handheld device/mobile phone, there is inconsistency in terms of graphics scaling, resulting in spontaneous/random influxes of gpu throttling. In simple words - sometimes it causes the phone to heat up randomly. The device I'm using has Snapdragon 8 Gen 2; had no hiccups running CODM, cod warzone mobile, apex legends, Netmarble Solo-leveling, Fairy Tail, Jijutsu kaisan, AFK Journey, god of war olympus & ghost of sparta(psp emulator) etc. on near to max graphic settings.
To sum up, Hoeyoverse would never!

Monetization, UI and some aspects are similar to Hoyogames and there's nothing wrong with that... but the fact that banners also run in a similar manner to Genshin is what turns me off. Assistant is also very annoying (much worse than paimon), there's no quick claim so you'll have to click each reward one by one to which could be annoying; especially since the reward animations are set to 2.0. 👍 Pros:  Good Enough graphics and has much better stamina and premium currency rewards system compared to some Gacha games.

I have an account level 95 and here's what I can tell from my experience: 🎮 Gameplay: Its a third person shooter combined with anime girls. Each characters possess a Skill, a Support Skill and an Ultimate Skill. 👍 Pros: Some characters are support oriented or DPS oriented but their Support Skills make for good additions that allows off-field characters to contribute even without having to switch in and out.

👍 Pros: Decent open world rpg, main story and side quest quite interesting, characters lore are well written i like how it connects to the genshin universe. Intense combat and challenging boss fights, dungeons, puzzles and mini game events. Also good VA and cinematics. 👎 Cons: Greedy gacha system with little winning rate, toxic fanbase and community, devs aren't as generous as to given anniv rewards. Getting boring for a while things can get quite repetitive doing dailies grinding dungeons every single day.
