What amazing storyline in my opinion. Couldn't believe this scene and fight, how epic it was! Literally gave me goosebumps one after another. I didn't watch anything before release to not spoil myself and oh man it was worth it. So far this game has everything I wish for, amazing story, great character design, impressive combat, amazing sound and music, effects that blow your mind and graphics that second to none. So far so good it's overall an amazing game for me and I couldn't stop playing for the last 3 days. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Hi Everyone!  I've been eager to review this game since its release, but I held off until now. I just can’t wait any longer, so here it goes! I’ve been playing *Wuthering Waves* on both Android and PC since day one. Here’s my take on it: Storyline:  The game is set in a dark, post-apocalyptic world. You play as "Rover," who can be either male or female. From the moment you wake up, you’re dealing with amnesia, and your mission is to unravel the mystery behind it. Along your journey, you’ll meet many companions who will stand by your side. Graphics: The visuals are stunning! From the forests, ruined cities, caves, seas, waterfalls, and skies—everything looks spectacular. If you have an RTX GPU, playing it on PC is a must for the full experience. Plus, I find it more stable than the mobile version. Controls: This can be tricky, especially if you're used to auto-battling in other games. You'll need some time to adjust and practice to perfect parries and dodges. Don’t worry, though—I've had moments of burnout and instant defeats too! But once you get the hang of it, the feeling is incredible. It’s like you’re the star of an isekai movie LOL. And it's because mastering dodge and parry is key to the game’s excitement. Sound:  Initially, the background music didn’t stand out, but I’ve noticed Kuro Games has been improving it over time. Now, it feels much more refined, and I think it’ll only get better. --- Pros:  - Character Design: Beautifully done! From their costumes and movements to their voice acting (I went with the Japanese VA), everything is well-executed, including their backstories and weapons. - Generous Rewards: From the start, Kuro Games has been incredibly generous with rewards, even giving us the underrated SSR character Xiang Li Yao. - Gacha System: My personal favorite! Unlike other games, you only need 80 pulls to guarantee a character’s signature weapon—no 50/50 nonsense. Even if you’re unlucky, you’ll get it by the 80th pull. I got Jinshi's signature weapon in just 10 pulls! - Frequent Updates: There’s always a new event at least once a month, with fresh main storylines, new places, characters, and of course, freebies! - Developer Responsiveness: The devs really listen to the community. For example, I requested Xbox gamepad support for Android in their questionnaire, and in the next update, they added it! So don’t hesitate to share your feedback with them. Cons:  - Compatibility Issues on Android: At launch, the game had some issues on Android—bugs, lag, overheating—even on high-end devices like the Snappy 9 Genz 9. But the Devs have been hard at work, and the game is much smoother now compared to version 1.0. --- Conclusion:  For gamers who love a good adrenaline rush, this game is a must-play. I've seen screenshots of 5★ characters with insanely high stats, but currently my main is Sanhua, which is a 4★ character. Sadly, I can't find a screenshot of a good 4★ character to compare mine with, so could someone tell me if these stats are good? I just woke up after touching some grass, waiting for the 1.1 update. Guess what? My insomnia due to excitement did not fail me at all! Here are all that I noticed so far. 1. Some settings are added. Special Effects Quality - I believe this is something related to your skill animations, etc. FSR - FidelityFX Super Resolution - what basically made the game a lot more smoother and richer! Thank you for bringing this back! My mobile gameplay improved a lot thanks to this!

For me, it’s actually quite disappointing. Wuthering Waves has made some useful optimizations based on Genshin Impact. In terms of combat experience, whether it's locking the camera, breaking moves, switching techniques, the controls are smooth in all aspects, meeting Kuro Games' strengths in the basics. However, beyond that, the feel of the open world, the distant views, dialogues, and camera angles, they are all similar to Genshin Impact (and a bit worse, to be honest). Is your project’s goal just to copy Genshin Impact? Yes, surpassing Genshin Impact is not easy, but Genshin is already at this level. To blatantly copy this openly is quite bold. Oh, and the map design is lacking. Some places are clearly not meant for exploration. Are the elevators really that fun? When almost everything besides combat is the same as in Genshin Impact, there’s not much to say. I could point out details one by one. What about the character and weapon gacha banners? Mixed banners, exclusive weapons, balance issues, high grinding requirements and more – but honestly,  these topics are all too familiar at this point. They're either typical of miHoYo, common in anime games, or typical of the "Chinese-style imitation mixed with anime-game" genre. Regarding these "bad practices," opinions could not be more abundant. To be honest, it’s really just Kuro Games’ combat mechanics wrapped in a Genshin Impact-like shell. That's pretty much the gist of the game.

I almost forgot about this, so I decided to sober up and try it again. I have discovered a lot of things along the way, but my main point is that you must choose your cards right when you start having the opportunity. It's the best way to build your Illusive character the best. Now that I got myself immersed in the game, I still can't believe how wonderful the combat is. What's more is that I have a lot of options when I start to actually strategize in-game. I hope you enjoy my journey to finish the last difficulty of the event. Not going to lie, but dang, my counter and evade skills is nuts, and in a not so good way, LMAO! <3

The Story is just the same trope formula but the way it was delivered to us is immaculate. The Graphics? Don't even get me started, it's f-ing majestic and Mid Range phone can Handle the Game well on Max everything and keep in mind by the time I'm playing this, it just got released and no proper optimization yet. The Gameplay is great, I approach it like a Souls game and I practice to dodge and deflect every attacks, though gears may affect the gameplay a little bit, it's something you can grind so no worries.
