I've never found cheap jump scare games like Amnesia, FNAF, and many other titles to be particularly interesting, owing in part to my preference for atmospheric horror with good storytelling to being bombarded with loud noises every few seconds.
This is the first time and it will be the last time that I will sit down to play a FNAF game. I do own a copy of prior games; however, I consider it more of a collection that just sits in my library than a game that I would like to play through because I know it's nothing special. There is not much here. This is simply a video game recreation of one of the books, with some eater eggs thrown in.
The only reason I bothered to play this game in the first place was because of the pixelated graphic visuals it offers, which drew me in, only to be faced with weak puzzles, subpar exploration, and monotonous gameplay that feels empty.
