Hi everyone, after a long time, I am writing this type of long article review again. Because of work and other things, I lost track and stopped playing games, but now I am back.
So today, we are going to review—or say play—Bright Memory: Infinite. I waited for this game for so long.
After reading this article, you will find out whether this game is worth buying or not because it has a price tag of ₹430 Rupees—in other words, $4.99 Dollars.
So let's start the review!
Overview
Bright Memory: Infinite is a first-person action shooter game with elements of MOBA and adventure games. This game was developed by FYQD Personal Studio and published by FYQD and Playism.
One thing I like about this game is that after a long time, we see a female protagonist in an FPS game again. I love Samus Aran from Metroid—my first crush when I started gaming 🤣.
The thing I like the most about this game is the map—or should I say the world? The world looks adventurous, with hard levels and places where you need to find your way to complete the story.
And Shelia, the main protagonist—she is soo good-looking (I can't use the word I want to use here 🤣).
Gameplay Mechanics
The combat in the game feels fast-paced and strategic. The gun mechanics feel like I am playing CoD, and the blade mechanics feel like I am in an FPS MOBA game. This combination feels fun and gives you the vibes of an adventurer. And there are some other things, like the car level, so you’re not going to get bored with the game.
Controls
On the other hand, the controls feel good, but sometimes they don't work how we want. Sometimes, the game controls freeze in the middle of the game.
And if you are a 6-finger claw or 4-finger claw player, using a shotgun is hard for you because the shot button always gets stuck and starts firing for no reason.
But overall, the controls are good. Using the blade (sword) is fun, and using guns also feels good—not like some other games where killing a normal enemy feels like fighting a super-powerful boss 🤣. If you play games like CoD or any other FPS game, you will feel that the controls are very similar.
Graphics and Sound
With Unreal Engine 4, the game graphics are so realistic and good-looking. The world graphics are also bright and vibrant, with the best color combinations. The character models are good, and the main character **Shelia—she is *.
The cutscene animations in the game feel like we are watching an animated movie, and the liquid and other effects are so good that you feel connected to the game.
The soundtrack and voice acting are also good, but this part can be better because I don’t feel any emotion in the voices—so this part can definitely improve.
Story and Characters
I am not going to give you any spoilers because I know many of you want to enjoy the game. So the game's story is not the main highlight here—it’s just about an agent completing her missions.
You don’t see any character development here because we are already completing the story without any backstory or other development angles.
Highlight Pros and Cons
✅ Fast-paced action
✅ Good graphics and animations
✅ Good soundtrack
✅ Enjoyable gameplay
❎ Some freezing bugs
❎ No full character development
❎ No different game modes
Rating 7/10 ⭐
So, time for the rating!
I give this game 7 out of 10 stars.
Recommendation: If you want to play this game for the story, I don’t recommend it.
But if you are an FPS fan who likes action, this game is worth playing.
