Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2 is a Third Person Shooter video game published by Ubisoft released on August 23rd, 2007 for the PlayStation Portable. SHOULD I PLAY SILENT HOPE? Definitely give this one a chance if you’re looking for a surprisingly relaxing, grindy dungeon-crawler, but maybe skip it if you mainly go to RPGs for the story. Silent Hope goes back to the absolute basics of the Japanese RPG formula, with a crew of seven mute heroes, each representing a different class, journeying into a multi-level abyss to save a fallen kingdom. By sticking to the fundamentals, the game is able to focus on making the characters and world charming as hell and the core gameplay streamlined and solid.

The first thing that came to mind when I loaded into Somnolent for the first time was the PlayStation 2. This game's chunky, low-detail models reminded me perfectly of games from that era. And it's an era I loved, so I was immediately in the mood to fall for Somnolent! My first hour or so was promising too. This is a full 3D action-RPG that honestly looks and feels pretty great. Even using touch controls, I was able to get into a good flow of combat and didn't have too many problems with the game's platforming challenges. I started leveling up quickly, and the game throws loot at the player like crazy, which is a blast.

SHOULD I PLAY FOAMSTARS? Play it, especially if you like the Splatoon franchise. Foamstars offers all the fun and chaotic gameplay of Splatoon but it’s on PlayStation hardware instead of Nintendo. It’s basically a Splatoon clone for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, and that’s the whole appeal of the game. While a few visual design and matchmaking issues need to be addressed, what’s here in this launch is actually really fun and entertaining.
