Many mutants have shown a tendency to evolve intellectually. The "Miner" is a typical mutant that matches the said tendency.   The Miner's claw can effectively put a victim under control and force it to move to another position. This mutant has the "intelligence" that others lack when searching and locating targets. Before this discovery, only K-301 could pose a high-level threat to targets in the medium to long range.

Multiple task forces have reported a new breed of mutated D.M.A. in high-risk areas. This D.M.A. has been observed to move at an extremely fast speed of over 200m/s, and its ability of leaping is way beyond any other Anomalies'. Its palms are missing and replaced with harden claws, whose functions and its origin of mutation remain unknown. The HQ has named this D.M.A. "Hugger" and issued an order of containment. The sample is to be delivered to the Doctor after successful containment for further study.
