Skull Girls, the title itself, may sound weird to anyone that doesn't know the game. It's a fighting RPG that might look pretty new; well, it isn't. It has been on Steam and going on since 2013 with the name, "Skull Girls 2nd Encore" The plot rotates around the mysterious skull heart, which can be said that grants any young girl's wishes, but those who got the skull heart with impure thoughts would lead the holder in despair. It may be simple, yet, it was entertaining and hooking as the storyline gets more and more informative, each playable characters have their own story and purpose.

I love tower defense games, but I've played so many over the years that it's tough to find one that does something new. With that in mind, Defense Derby definitely surprised and impressed me! It starts out looking like the typical gacha-heavy, merge-style tower defense game that's become so popular on mobile in recent years, but there's a lot more going on here. The real core of Defense Derby's brilliance is in the method of recruiting new units for the four players going against each other in any given match. In between waves of monster attacks, a single unit will be made available, and players must each put in a bid for that unit. Gameplay good. Animation UI, Characters etc are sooo good and beautiful, love the Ark animation. Reminds me of Arknight. Both a superb game with a little bit harsh on gacha. Still, great game.

What I enjoyed most about this game were the visual elements and free-roaming aspects, which were impressive on the highest graphic settings. Not to mention a musical opening that legitimately caught me by surprise but in a good way. But despite the hotties, the fantastic combat, and the interesting story, it's hard to discuss Stella Fantasy without bringing up its PTW elements. In Stella Fantasy, you can sell your characters as NFTs on the crypto market. That might sound appealing to some, but to collect characters, you must invest some real-life money because the drop rates are so low. Stella Fantasy's entire mechanic is based on this PTW element, meaning if you're just interested in collecting hot waifus or the combat, you will be frustrated.

OuterPlane is a recently released anime hero collector gacha game that I had me interested almost immediately. Gameplay wise you play as K, a young boy who was summoned to this fantasy world and at first are helping a princess I believe, to stop the end of their world. But after a major early twist, his mission goes to more of a revenge story to get back at those who betrayed his trust. When downloading the game, I was only given the option to install English voice overs, so sadly there is no Japanese or any other voice language pack available in this game. The story content plays off like a visual novel, something very common in anime style hero collector gacha games, but sadly the story content is not voice acted at all, not even simple words are said during these scenes.

It's actually a good game. Worth staying long as you got the moolah to stay strong and not left behind. F2P should be a doable experience long as you got a friend to play with to make it bearable. Playing it alone is kinda lonely not unless you want to follow the story then the game itself is good in that aspect. The sounds selection in every menu is quite good taste. Two-thumbs up to music team. The game is good gameplay wise. It has Auto-play. Good character design. I'll missed Echo and Shiro, I guess. The game will stay good long as they don't jump into ai bandwagon. So, good luck and keep it up.
