🎨 Graphics: I think one of the best things in this game it's the art and character designs, I've never seen something so good like this in mobile gachas and I'm honestly impressed 🎮 Gameplay: turn based, works a bit like arknight's gameplay, very fun but probably not everyone's cup of tea 📖 Storyline: very good storyline with very well written characters, I'm surprised at the depth of these stories and how 'poetic' in a way they are

Aether Gazer is an extremely fun and casual action gaccha game. The character designs are pretty "spicy" and the combat gameplay of most Modifiers are extremely intuitive and fun! BASTET Bastet is a Nile Gen-zone, A-rank Modifier that specialises in a bit of both shadow element DPS and de-buff support. To boil it down, all of her skills have an enhanced version that is only available when she enters the Divine Gaze state. You can enter that state by doing her full basic attack combo, perfect dodge or using base S3. Her enhanced S1 reduces shadow resistance of enemies hit which makes it the preferred enhanced skill to use followed by enhanced S3 for the most damage. S2 is good for mobility and the very generous i-frames it gives to avoid enemy attacks.

I am fond of playing PVE shooters, such as The Division, Borderlands, Returnal, etc. When The Division was launched, there were many artists on the internet posting pictures of cute girls combined with elements from that game, which are just my cup of tea. Square Enix has spent the past few years rebuilding a lot of its old-school credibility with a bunch of high-quality pixel-art games using what that publisher calls "HD-2D" visuals. Think stuff like Octopath Traveler, where it's using pixel visuals that would feel at home on the Super Nintendo, but with a level of quality that classic hardware couldn't possibly pull off. It's a wonder that more other publishers and developers haven't tried to follow Square's example, which is why I was immediately interested in Knightingale, a gacha game with JRPG aesthetics and an absolutely beautiful look being created by NetEase. And while the first closed beta for Knightingale definitely has some very big technical issues, I'm impressed and cautiously optimistic with the actual game here.

📖 Storyline: very cute and funny character stories, they're not very serious but honestly I love that! 🦸 Characters: lesbians. Just. Lesbians... perfect.
