A very enjoyable game. The combat system is clear and convenient, all the characters are different, and you will definitely be able to find your loved one. 🥺 The lottery is not greedy, but it also makes you sweat to get a good character. 👌🏻 There is more than enough energy to play normally.☺️ Of the disadvantages, I can only note long downloads of updates and sometimes "artifacts" appear in cut scenes that interfere with immersion. 🤔

SHOULD I PLAY DANMACHI BATTLE CHRONICLE? Only play it if you really like DanMachi. DanMachi Battle Chronicle is a visually stunning gacha game based on the popular light novel/manga/anime series DanMachi or Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? in its full English title. Note: These are my thoughts on this game, do not treat it as fact if you play the game. Likes: The story is truly amazing, and impactful! 2. The voice acting is amazing! 3. The music is riveting in battle! 4. The combat is simple but very engaging nonetheless! 5. The various functions in the outpost make this game so much easier to enjoy! 6. The characters look amazing! 7. The game itself is very beautiful! 8. Most of the characters have their own back story, which really makes you remember a character when they are not in your midst, or at least "bond" with them. 9. There are animated cutscenes from time to time. 10. The occasional texts from Nikkes is pretty refreshing sometimes. 11. The chibi models are cute. 12 The synchro device is amazing! The five highest level Nikkes are automatically allocated to the device, to which you can then add any Nikke in an empty slot, and they will be "synced" to that level. That only applies so long as they are in a slot, removing them will return them to their original level. This means you don't have to always upgrade/level up a Nikke to increase their level. Dislikes: A lot of reliance on stats to progress. 2. The SSR molds don't guarantee an SSR Nikke. Now a few important notes/tips: This is an idle game at heart, despite the gameplay being shooter action rpg, so if idle games are not your thing, this may not be for you. 2. Resources are valuable/scare, so spend sparingly. 3. As an idle game, you are not meant to plow through the campaign. 4. The story itself can be very heartbreaking, so if you are faint of heart, either look away, or tread carefully. Finally, this game isn't challenging for the most part, but requires patience above all else. Also, I am in chapter 5, as of the time I posted this review, so I haven't made it very far and thus, I may update this as time goes on.

There's a lot to like about Destiny Saga, like its snappy action RPG gameplay and  its colorful pixel artstyle, but there are a few elements holding it back from greatness. A lot of its dialogue seems autotranslated, which makes the story a little hard to follow. Thankfully, it's easy to click past the story segments and focus on the combat. Most of Destiny Saga revolves around exploring dungeons, picking up loot, and taking on waves of robots and monsters. The fast-paced, fluid combat is absolutely the best part of the game. It's easy to pick up the touch-screen controls, and even though characters only have a handful of moves at their disposal, you can approach battles in all kinds of ways.

I've probably played and reviewed at least two or three dozen different gacha games at this point, but every once in a while I still manage to be really surprised and impressed by one. I'm totally unfamiliar with the original Brown Dust, but Brown Dust 2 has almost immediately and completely won me over as my favorite gacha game I've played since last year's Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent. Like that game, Brown Dust 2 uses absolutely gorgeous hi-res pixel art and storytelling that feels like it comes from the Super Nintendo era of classic Japanese role-playing games.

Developed by Shift Up who are well known for their other super popular anime game: Destiny Child. And published by Level Infinite, who is also tied to Tower of Fantasy. If you're familiar with Destiny Child and Shift Up, you should probably have a pretty good idea with what you can expect, art wise in NIKKE. Especially since one of the illustrators from Destiny Child is the one who did the artwork for NIKKE. I went into the closed beta test for Kemono Friends: Kingdom knowing basically nothing about this franchise beyond the fact that there has been at least one previous mobile game and a semi-popular anime series. So if you're a hardcore fan, know that my opinion is based solely on the little bit I've played of this latest mobile game in the series and nothing else. That said, that little bit I've played is pretty dang fun! Kemono Friends takes place in a world where animals have been transformed into anime waifus, who in turn are at war with a more aggressive breed of mutated creature called "Ceruleans." I took on the role of a newcomer to this strange world who had amnesia but was able to help out in the fight against the Ceruleans.

It's always exciting to get early access to a cool-looking game, but sometimes it's a little too early. Such is the case with Equinox: Dawn's Edge, a sci-fi gacha that's available for download in an early beta form now. This game makes a good first impression with some flashy cinematics and fast-moving auto-combat, but what awaits beyond those early moments is...pretty rough. From unfinished and untranslated text to missing sound effects to framerate drops and crashes, it's clear that Equinox is not remotely ready to be played by a wide audience at this point. Heck, the game didn't even give me an awesome cinematic when I pulled the gacha. How is a gacha game supposed to get people hyped to spend money without that?!
