Developed by Gameloft and released in 2014 for mobile devices, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is an action-adventure open-world game inspired by the movie of the same name starring Andrew Garfield as the iconic Marvel superhero. 1) STORYLINE: The story follows Peter Parker as he continues his journey as Spider-Man while dealing with the emotional consequences of past events, especially the loss of his Uncle Ben. Peter still carries the responsibility of the promise he made: to fight crime and protect innocent people. As crime begins to rise across New York City, Spider-Man starts investigating a series of incidents involving organized gangs and dangerous criminals trying to gain control of the streets. While stopping robberies and protecting civilians, Spider-Man slowly uncovers a deeper conspiracy behind the growing criminal activity. Throughout the story, Spider-Man encounters several dangerous enemies. Among them are the powerful crime boss Kingpin, the electrically charged villain Electro, and the notorious Green Goblin. Each villain presents unique challenges and boss battles that push Spider-Man’s abilities to the limit. The narrative unfolds through main missions and various side activities across the city. Players will stop robberies, chase criminals through the streets and rooftops, rescue civilians, and uncover the truth behind the criminal operations spreading across New York. As the story progresses, Spider-Man realizes that multiple villains and organizations may be connected to a larger plot that threatens the entire city.

If you love bullet-hell, great storytelling, and, of course, above all else, games that are free and very fun to play, than Wolfrush is a game you need to check out now! If you enjoy story-rich games with a diverse cast of vibrantly colored characters, Mondealy on the other hand is one of my all-time favorites. It was a casual game with no fighting, just a lot of walking and running around hugging cute boys, meeting people, and assisting them with their problems, as well as all the references, memes, and characters to other games and TV shows. There is so much to love about this, that isn't being appreciated.

The protagonist of the game this time is the little Hikaru who, after having inadvertently "shot" the super-intelligence helmets out of the laboratory, finds himself having to deal with an army of primates ready to conquer the world. At the head of the revolt we find the white monkey Specter, this time intent on stealing the Lethargy Laser from the Professor, essential for easily putting humans to sleep and thus having control over the entire world.

I haven't had this much fun with an Online Multiplayer Roguelike; these days, games like this are generally only available in Local Co-op, making it difficult to make new friends or play with anybody other than close pals in real life or through your friends list. 'Until Then' is truly a one-of-a-kind game. The intro, art style, narration, story, characters, music, dialogues, mini-games, and everything else were really impressive. After finishing the game, I felt like rain had washed over me. At first, I was caught off guard (especially because of the final scene) and soon felt the coldness of the rain. But then I was happy and content with how everything seemed to make sense. When it was finally over, it left me feeling a bit empty as well.

A Hidden Gem That Deserved More Attention Downstairs is one of those rare games that quietly hides far more depth than it initially shows. At first glance it may look like a simple indie roguelike, but the longer you play, the more you realize how many systems, secrets, and emergent mechanics are layered underneath. What makes this game special is how items and weapons interact in unexpected ways.

The Legend of Tianding: This is a 2D side-scroller beat 'em up game with some RPG elements where you play as the historical figure Liao Tianding. This game unexpectedly turned out to be an indie masterpiece for me. With its engaging storytelling, charming protagonist, excellent portrayal of 1900's Taiwan, beautiful art style, unique and satisfying gameplay mechanics, interesting boss fights, great soundtracks, and multiple endings, the game excelled in many aspects. However, it had some unfair platforming sections and repetitive combat towards the end. Overall, the game's strengths outweighed its weaknesses, making it a remarkable experience that left me craving for more historically-inspired games of similar caliber.

It's a game that will keep you smiling throughout as it takes you on a reference-filled trip through the universe and time to save everyone from imminent doom. Are you familiar with Ratchet & Clank? You don't want it to ever end or to cause harm in this simplistic world that feels more like a resting spot when you're done with all of your other games, after a hard days work, it'll be here for you waiting with a lot of dark secrets to be discovered around every nook and cranny.

You start to think about games like Undertale, DeltaRune, EverHood, A Short Hike, StarDew Valley and so many more that are all created by a solo or duo developer, yet they provide you with hours of pure unfiltered amusement and delight, as well as sometimes a very long emotional rollercoaster of sensations that will stop you dead in your tracks. Afterplace is right in the center such masterfully crafted works.
