The boss fights are one of the game's highlights: dynamic, intense, and often divided into multiple phases, the levels are full of secrets, alternative routes, and collectibles. The Legend of Tianding: This is a 2D side-scroller beat 'em up game with some RPG elements where you play as the historical figure Liao Tianding. This game unexpectedly turned out to be an indie masterpiece for me. With its engaging storytelling, charming protagonist, excellent portrayal of 1900's Taiwan, beautiful art style, unique and satisfying gameplay mechanics, interesting boss fights, great soundtracks, and multiple endings, the game excelled in many aspects. However, it had some unfair platforming sections and repetitive combat towards the end. Overall, the game's strengths outweighed its weaknesses, making it a remarkable experience that left me craving for more historically-inspired games of similar caliber.

This intriguing video game developed by BEAON Dev combines atmosphere, narrative, and engaging mechanics into an immersive experience. It has many similarities to Limbo, except that here, color dominates, with a naive palette. 2) 📝 STORYLINE: It transports us to a world suspended between reality and memory, where the protagonist finds himself trapped in a mysterious time loop. Each awakening brings with it fragments of memories, places already visited, and choices that seem to have different consequences. The plot unfolds slowly, leaving the player to piece together the past through environmental details, cryptic dialogue, and profound symbolism. The sense of solitude and discovery is constant, as you try to understand the true meaning of "waiting again" for something that may have already happened.

'Until Then' is truly a one-of-a-kind game. The intro, art style, narration, story, characters, music, dialogues, mini-games, and everything else were really impressive. After finishing the game, I felt like rain had washed over me. At first, I was caught off guard (especially because of the final scene) and soon felt the coldness of the rain. But then I was happy and content with how everything seemed to make sense. When it was finally over, it left me feeling a bit empty as well.

A Hidden Gem That Deserved More Attention Downstairs is one of those rare games that quietly hides far more depth than it initially shows. At first glance it may look like a simple indie roguelike, but the longer you play, the more you realize how many systems, secrets, and emergent mechanics are layered underneath. What makes this game special is how items and weapons interact in unexpected ways.

If you enjoy story-rich games with a diverse cast of vibrantly colored characters, Mondealy on the other hand is one of my all-time favorites. It was a casual game with no fighting, just a lot of walking and running around hugging cute boys, meeting people, and assisting them with their problems, as well as all the references, memes, and characters to other games and TV shows. There is so much to love about this, that isn't being appreciated.

After years away from digital stores, the game returned in 2026 as "Clay Jam Classic," relaunched by the original developers at YumYumYukYuk Ltd., preserving all the artistic and creative charm that made it unique on mobile. 1) 📝 STORYLINE: The story of Clay Jam Classic follows the adventures of a small clay character named Fat Pebble, a friendly and unconventional creature who finds himself racing across mountains, hills, and worlds entirely modeled by hand. Along the way, he will face strange creatures, absurd obstacles, and gigantic bosses also made of clay animated in stop-motion. Each setting tells a small, creative universe full of British humor, bizarre monsters, and colorful scenarios that seem to have come straight from an art studio.  The main objective is to advance further and further, devouring small pieces of clay along the way to increase size and score, until you face enormous creatures at the end that require reflexes and strategy.
