Dead Space in my opinion is the best Sci-Fi horror game around. This game perfectly balances story, gore, and horror elements from eachother keeping you on the edge of your chair waiting for something to happen. The game is really well put to gether and is an amazing game for its age. Personally, I played this game on my XBox 360 and the fact that it still looks amazing just goes to show how well this game was made. I think this series is my favorite horror game series because of its story. I would totally recommend this game to all horror game lovers as well as shooter game lovers!

Alan Wake II starts off like a gritty detective serial, but it doesn’t take long for reality to break down completely. It whisks players along on a surreal adventure through dreams and memories that is at turns terrifying, grandiose, and hilarious. I have many good things to say about this game, but it’s not a perfect game by any means at all. Great artstyle, unique concept, interesting main plot, and pretty decent music. The art direction in this game is very good, which is something that I think is extremely important for games nowadays as a tool to differentiate themselves from the rest of the gacha games market. The game took a setting and tone I rarely see in the gacha game market. Their take on designs, from vintage looking art style to other-worldly looking disastrous events and enemies are pretty well done.
