Gacha games that I recommend (Pixel art, f2p, monsters, cards, and more! )

Hi, here Kawi. Are you bored with the typical gacha games out there and want to try something new? Well, I don't promise you that you will like the games below, because they are very different games from each other, but their purpose is the same after all. let's start! Romancing SaGa Re;univerSe We are literally starting with the best of the best. In my opinion, this is one of the most addictive and f2p gacha game I know. Many banners come with a 10% chance of getting an SS (it's the highest character grade). Its characters are very varied, from humans, animals and supernatural creatures. With a pixel art aesthetic, and a great soundtrack, it stole my entire heart. I recommend starting to play it now, since they are celebrating their 3.5th anniversary and are giving away more than 40,000 gems (approximately) (to give you an idea, a gacha run costs 3,000 gems) The only negative thing I can say is that you can get a little confused with the content, but once you get used to it, you start to thank God for such a beautiful f2p gacha game.

A by-the-numbers idle gacha RPG that looks nice at least

Souls is definitely a case where if you've played any idle gacha RPG in the past five years or so, you know exactly what you're getting out of it. Auto-combat that can be played out at double speed? Check. A big roster of characters of different rarities to pull from the gacha and tempt to you to spend money? Yup. An endless parade of upgrades to characters, equipment, and more to keep you playing forever? You know it.

They turned Risk of Rain into a gacha game...and it almost works

SHOULD I PLAY RISK OF RAIN: HOSTILE WORLDS? The answer to this is going to depend a lot on what youโ€™re looking for when you approach the game. Do you want a fun, fast, low-stakes action game on mobile with gacha and grinding for if you decide to get invested for the long haul? Then Risk of Rain: Hostile Worlds will give you everything youโ€™re looking for. But if youโ€™re a fan of Risk of Rain, its sequel

Arknights has been, for over 3 to 4 years now, the one satisfying and generous gacha game I have played for the longest time. Being a F2P is not entirely a problem as saving and pulling for the characters that you want aren't much of a problem. Granted, it IS a gacha game so rng is still a factor in some losses. Game progression is hardly a problem since almost all the stages/levels can be completed by just low-rarity characters. That said, potentials for characters in the game aren't exactly required as they are complimentary. They may provide some assistance but even without duplicates/potentials, the characters are ready to use.ย  Events in the game give out a welfare/free character in which players just progress in the event to obtain, potentials included. Arknights also has some freebies here and there such as log-in events or anything the devs can throw in your mail. Limited events and yearly anniversaries are where the game gets buffed a lot with giveaways. A hefty amount of pulls and rewards are given and during CN anniversaries, a free 6-star (highest rarity) is the welfare instead of a 5-star. Skins are easily bought, granted the player saves up for said skins. Web events are also present during anniversaries, accounting for more rewards given out. I can say that most players, especially F2P, really do enjoy the game and many aspects of it. The devs are loved, the community usually goes hand in hand (most of the time), and the game itself that entertains the players and is run by people who care for its audience.

In this cozy gacha game, you collect human versions of your favorite foods

The Tale of Food is a cozy gacha RPG that, true to its name, revolves around food. It's set in a universe where the most delicious meals take on human form and become "Food Souls." As the heir of the Food God, it's your job to protect these human delicacies and travel the world in search of more souls. Lots of gacha games revolve around collecting waifus, but the collectible characters in Tale of Food are male. You can even give them gifts, which makes it feel a bit like an otome game. Some Food Souls have great designs, but I never felt pressured to spend money to collect more characters. I was able to build a solid party through standard gameplay.

The game is overall great, the gacha system is very generous too. The game gives you an ssr character right at the start of the game, the pity system is one of the best i seen so far only needing 80 draws to get an ssr. Whenever you get an ssr without building pity upto 80 the pity system doesn't reset and for me that's what highlights the gacha system. Overall a great and recommended game for all of the gacha addicts here :)

The perfect blend of Teamfight Tactics and tower defense

I love tower defense games, but I've played so many over the years that it's tough to find one that does something new. With that in mind, Defense Derby definitely surprised and impressed me! It starts out looking like the typical gacha-heavy, merge-style tower defense game that's become so popular on mobile in recent years, but there's a lot more going on here. The real core of Defense Derby's brilliance is in the method of recruiting new units for the four players going against each other in any given match. In between waves of monster attacks, a single unit will be made available, and players must each put in a bid for that unit. The player with the highest bid (or players, if multiple players bid the same amount) pay that price and get the unit in exchange.

This game is actually a FREE Visual Novel (fully voiced) with amazing and strategic combat. There are so many combinations and elemental types in this game, moreover a mechanic such as buff, debuff, ultimate charge, etc. The game is very simple yet can be complex to master. There are so many 3* alternatives and they give 1-2 EVERY week and maxed skills. The design is very gorgeous. Also, they give new story to unveil every single week not including the main story. All story is fully voiced! They really put effort in that

๐Ÿ‘ Pros: This is the BEST open world rpg game to be made, great graphics, entertaining open world, great story. ๐Ÿ‘Ž Cons: Runs very poorly on low end devices and it is playable in mid end devices. ๐ŸŽฎ Gameplay: The game doesn't not get tired there are new content to play every 40 days with new characters to get!. ๐Ÿ“– Storyline: This is the best storyline you will experience in a gacha game, it has voice acting and is very worth it to play. i suggest you play the game just for the story.

Probably the best game of the year for me. Simple, elegant, entertaining, plenty of events and really good design quality. The characters are lovely, you get to know all of them with a certain depth, and Velanna won't let you forget things. 10/10, having lots of fun. The community is great as well.

Of course it's Honkai. It's literally the Holy Grail of Gacha games. PGR, Night Hunter, upcoming Aether Gazer etc ARPG gacha games exists only because of Honkai. It gives you an S rank from the beginning then 3 more from events and within a week you have like 4-7 S rank characters. In PGR, you can barely hit 3. I played PGR for over a year. I got twice as S rank as did in PGR in the time period. Mainly because, it doesn't really have that many characters.

My gosh! Talk about generous!! โœฆ.โœฆ

I wasn't planning on making a post about Wuthering Waves for the time being, but after what I just saw on social media, I cant stay quiet anymore! JUST LOOK AT THIS: It was just LAST NIGHT that I wrote on one of their posts, saying that it would have been nice if every dialogue was skipable and less than 24 hours later, BAM! An adorable, furry-friendly gacha that mixes Angry Birds with auto-battler RPG gameplay

I went into the closed beta test for Kemono Friends: Kingdom knowing basically nothing about this franchise beyond the fact that there has been at least one previous mobile game and a semi-popular anime series. So if you're a hardcore fan, know that my opinion is based solely on the little bit I've played of this latest mobile game in the series and nothing else. That said, that little bit I've played is pretty dang fun! Kemono Friends takes place in a world where animals have been transformed into anime waifus, who in turn are at war with a more aggressive breed of mutated creature called "Ceruleans." I took on the role of a newcomer to this strange world who had amnesia but was able to help out in the fight against the Ceruleans.

Neverness To Everness - Special Livestream Breakdown

NTE had recently hosted a special livestream for its upcoming closed beta test showcasing all the new things in it. The whole thing is nearly 50 minutes long so I'll be putting all the things they announced in here in a nice and simple form. Starting of with: Visual Upgrade Showcase First area Second area Third area Fourth area Fifth area Sixth (and the last) area They've also specified that they added a bunch of stores like furniture stores, gift shops etc. Then they also said this:

Epic 7 is great, and it's because of Violet and Luluca.

Epic Seven (7) is epic. Great graphics along with beautiful animated cutscenes that appear not too commonly during the storyline; atleast this is compensated by the new characters' E3 animations. Speaking of which, the LORE is immaculate. I cannot recall ever skipping the text that plays at the beginning of each level or episode, because I want to get to know the characters. The characters, no matter the rarity, all play such a huge role in the overarching LORE of Epic Seven; despite the endless roster of playable characters, there's never any one that leaves me confused on who they are. (The Moonlight heroes, on the other hand.......)

Dynasty Warriors just doesnโ€™t have the same great taste in bite-size form

SHOULD I PLAY DYNASTY WARRIORS M? If youโ€™re a hardcore Dynasty Warriors fan hankering to get your fix on the go, Dynasty Warriors M does a passable job. That said, itโ€™s not a replacement for a real musou game. Any sense of strategy normally seen in musou games has been utterly banished, and combat is over too quickly to bring much satisfaction. TIME PLAYED Iโ€™m somewhere between five and ten hours into

Brown Dust 2 is a gacha love letter to classic JRPGs

I'm totally unfamiliar with the original Brown Dust, but Brown Dust 2 has almost immediately and completely won me over as my favorite gacha game I've played since last year's Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent. Like that game, Brown Dust 2 uses absolutely gorgeous hi-res pixel art and storytelling that feels like it comes from the Super Nintendo era of classic Japanese role-playing games.
