The gameplay is basically a copy of 7DS : Grand Cross that came earlier, but with some pretty good improvement. It's basically turn based strategy with a bit of card battler elements to spice things up. It's more complex than HSR, but still relatively simple.

SHOULD I PLAY MAGIC CHRONICLE? Probably not, unless you’re dying for a new idle game. Magic Chronicle is the latest in a long line of idle auto-battler gacha games that are essentially just clones of AFK Arena with nothing new to offer. The presentation in this one is high-quality enough, if generic, and there’s at least a lot of different modes to keep players distracted. But in the end, there’s just not a hook here that’s likely to pull in players long-term, especially if insane levels of pay-to-win monetization put you off.

SHOULD I PLAY SILVER AND BLOOD? Not unless things drastically improve between the current test version and the final release. Silver and Blood is the latest in a never-ending flood of mobile gacha RPGs, with its only notable feature being a dark story involving vampires. Virtually everything else here is been-there-done-that unless you haven’t touched one of these types of games before, and it doesn’t even do a particularly good job with the many recycled elements.

Grand Quest just entered open beta, and as someone who's always searching for my next go-to gacha game, I had to give it a shot. So far, I'm definitely pretty impressed, though it has some work to go. Perhaps the biggest surprise in Grand Quest, especially when compared to other gacha games, is that the story is pretty entertaining and well-translated. Much of it is told through stylish comic book-panel cutscenes, and I was shocked to find myself actually enjoying getting to know these characters.

COOKIE RUN KINGDOM!! the devs are generous as all heavens and the diamonds are real easy to get with some grinding. the gacha pulls are PERFECT! although it is hard to get legendary and ancient pulls, whenever there is a new cookie character, it is almost a 4/5 chance you will pull it in the first try. and the amazing thing is, the cookies are introduced right after the end of an arena season so that you'd have diamonds to do your gacha pulls. the upcoming epic and legendary cookie are right after the season and i'm wishing to get them!! COOKIE RUN KINGDOM deserves this win!!!

A great game, yes its a gacha game, but done right. Dragia lost. Gotta go for the good ol' Dragalia lost, one of the most f2p gacha games to date. Its easy to get summoning material. Grinding is a bit rough here and there but you can move on your own pace without lacking too far behind. It was really underrated sad to see it's getting shutdown.
