SHOULD I PLAY REVERSE: 1999? Play it if you love JRPGs, card games, or vaguely human-shaped collectibles. Reverse: 1999 takes place in a world where time is moving backwards. You command a group of Arcanists, which are basically like time-travelers, that can survive the shift between eras and must fight to protect the future. The story has a nice mix of science fiction and fantasy elements, but it’s the lively cast of characters that really bring the setting to life. I really felt invested in the characters I controlled, and for me, that’s what takes an RPG from good to great.

II waited for some time with confidence that this would be a break, because the presentation video was made perfectly, with style, but I met just a good typical meme gacha, somewhat unique in its own way, deliberately mediocre in some ways. This is true at first glance, but if you stay a little longer, you will see some pretty interesting decisions in narration and presentation (Schneider's ending was very cool). Whatever you say, these are one of the best games that came out this year for sure, there is no point in denying it.

They’re also all showcased via a really lovely art style.

The atmosphere is also very well-done, as are the animations for skills and card combinations. Wow, I was left speechless and in awe of the beauty of the animations in this game. A great game, yes its a gacha game, but done right. And playable on both PC and Mobile, no Android emulator needed on PC. 🎮 Gameplay: 8/10 📖 Storyline: 10/10 🎵 Sound: 10/10 - Sadly they don't officially release all OST on Music streaming platforms. The gameplay might be simple if you look at it but hell yeah the other elements like the Voice acting, Soundtrack and the Art is outstanding and immersive that it levels up the gameplay.

After playing this game for more than a week, it's the best turn-based role-playing game I've ever played. I thoroughly enjoyed the game. 👍 Pros: The story is cool, with excellent voice acting, especially the Chinese voices. The graphics, visual effects, and gameplay are stunning. The game is optimized very well. Even at 60 fps, I didn't face any overheating issues on my mobile after playing for more than an hour. If you have a good mobile device, you can thoroughly enjoy this game. Even if you have a less powerful device, you can tweak the graphics settings to play without any overheating or lags.

The lighting design in battles, ultimates, ui design, etc are just breath taking - music: fitting and gorgeous - story presentation: lv2d(characters and some cg art), cg, and amount of story per battle are all well made/designed - Story: although I'm not a story person, 1999's story is interesting. - vibe. 100000/10 - voice acting: GO USE EN VOICE YALL 😡👊 En voice not only has accents/foreign languages, it fits the game more than other languages. The game was designed to be played with English voice, you will be losing a lot of experience if you're playing with other languages. (Eg: Matilda is a proud French and she speaks French when talking to herself. She speaking Japanese voice would be out of character)
