Forget Street Fighter 6; Tekken 8 is the best fighting game I’ve played in years

SHOULD I PLAY TEKKEN 8? If you have even a passing interest in fighting games, you should absolutely play Tekken 8. Not only is it one of the best titles in the entire Tekken series, but it’s one of the most entertaining fighting games I’ve played in years. From its over-the-top, anime-esque story to its flashy special moves, Tekken 8 is pure, unadulterated fun. Once I started playing, I didn’t want to stop, and if I didn’t have to write this review, I’d still be playing right now. To see more of

Thanks Bandai Namco for adding some fun in TEKKEN 8

It's a new way of fighting without too much violence (the ball still looks like it's made of reinforced concrete😅).

Unleash electrifying combos in this 3D Fighting action game | Gameplay - Tekken 8

Tekken 8 is good ol' classic Tekken 3D Fighting gameplay --- combatants on both sides of the screen duking it out with combos and moves unique to each character.  Looks and plays like Tekken, but introduces many new elements in its mechanics, especially a new control scheme called “Specialty Move” designed for new players, making it easier to perform combos with simple button presses and thus making the game accessible to a new audience.

Tekken 8 - New Player FRIENDLY And One HELL Of An ADDICTIVE Fighter Game!

I'd say that I had a blast in Tekken 8. The visuals were jaw dropping and the sound effects were impactful and gritty. I could really feel the hits when in combat. I loved all the modes the game has too. I thought Tekken Ball was very funny as well. I liked the idea that you could make your own avatar for the more online social aspects of the game and for hanging out in the arcades to play against others. It's all very addictive and as someone who isn't a hardcore fighter gamer, this was a lot of fun. I will definitely be playing this a lot more. Even the story mode was awesome. I could feel the adrenalin and full on action when playing the story. It's just so intense. This game definitely deserves an 9/10 overall score. It has truly blown me away.
