Water Convert Bell Cranel Build for Ais Wallenstein DPS

Can be used in Whitestar Airship, Constellation Tower, or Chaotic Spacetime

Is it better than AM convert? Usually yes, but AM is better against Loli Ruri. Also AM is better for auto follow. Bell has a bit more gameplay.

1. Skills

Symphony of Wind and Fire will pull enemies together similar to Thor's Lightning Cling. However this does not work against MVP or Mini.

Limit Off will allow you to have more than 480 attack speed and dodge every attack (from Rapid Escape). It can only be used after you charged 100% energy

To cast Limit Off, you need to gain Energy

You can gain 100% energy easily by using Fire Bolt on 10 stacks (need correct stat build)

Just put all 3 class buffs in Prepare for Elite

Put auto attack and Prepare for Elite in auto slot

I like to use Song of Return from skill inheritance for extra insurance

1. Converting

Use Silk Robe VI/Magic Light Cocoon + Tidal Shoes VI/Mayfly Shoes

With Baphomet Card you can apply the water convert in an area. Any weapon is fine for convert support.

Eddga ★ Card so you can actually land your attacks. There are a lot of thing that will stagger you otherwise since you need to get close to the enemies

Arctic Explorer and Poring ice cubes will freeze non MVPs (and MVP too sometimes). Frozen enemies will have their element converted to water

"But sir how about tao gunka? we shouldn't freeze it??"
It is very hard to freeze tao gunka (or any mvp) even if you tried it due to Control Immunity. Just deal with the occasional freeze cancelling fallen stone (it very rarely happens)

Some people prefer to run without freeze, so you can test yourself if you prefer to use freeze or not

There are cooldown items for Back slot, but I prefer to use debuff equipment. If you insist on using cooldown back, there are Fate Wheel, Rock n' Roll Cactus, Fluffy Tail Swing, and Fallen Valkyrie's Wings

3. Stat Allocation

You need to have at least 4 stats to reach 300 so you can have 10 max charge of Fire Bolt. You get +50 all stats when hitting monsters so put that into the calculation
