UPDATE: Well after finishing the main story and moving on to the higher level zones I have to say that the game still has me hooked. I don't understand the loot complaints at all. There is plenty of inventory space that is upgradable for very cheap so you don't have to constantly go back to town to dump loot. Even after chests started showing up in the maps I still feel like it's not enough incentives to fully explore each map.

Happily suprised that the game isn't just a cash grab for nostalgic fans. It really seems like they put a lot of effort into the game and I was really satisfied playing it. Few problems I had is when you get stuck in combat there is no way to just back out and also when your in cover sometimes your character goes from standing up to crouching unnaturally. Melee combat is good enough but I'd be happy to see some more added to it. Still a great game and I'll probably buy something to support it.

This game abysmal launch and is in my opinion one of the greatest comeback stories for a game in a long time. the game is now worth buying but do not pick it up for the USD$60 price tag, wait for a sale and pick it up for 30 with the season pass for USD$10 and you will not regret it. there is a lot of things to do, the new maps are very good and the balancing is no longer focused on hero abilities and more focused your gun skill.
