4K View2022-11-22Without a doubt, the Runeterran lore of this game is one of the best there is. It's what got me hooked in the game.
You can pick up a champ and eventually know who they are and what they are fighting for because their respective stories are reflected on their gameplay mechanics, voice line interactions and visual design. It's well-executed than other games and genres out there. Also, their alternate universes for their various skin lines are as vast and as rich with amazing storytelling. Arcane, the series on Netflix was based on this game's lore and set of champions.
There's more to discover so don't hesitate to enter the world of Runeterra and prove yourself in the Wild Rift.

A fun card game with lots of different game modes that keeps the gameplay fresh. Amazing customization from your card backs to your board. Very F2P friendly with 95 percent of monetization based on cosmetics, but you do have to option to spend money to get random hero cards as well. Not much different than other card games. Has the same basic mechanics that most card games have.

This game feels as vast as the planes of AD&D. The lore of the realm figures heavily into the main storyline solving your own murder. Every character has their own story that is consistent with the established lore, but if you don't care to learn it all you can still enjoy the game.
