Melomons are monsters hailing from the realm of the Wanshou Garden, where a variety of beings reside. Any creatures from the outer world that enter the Wanshou Garden start exhibiting characteristics of celestial creatures within a few years. Their appearances resemble celestial versions of all sorts of creatures, such as tiny wings, smaller bodies, a passion for music, an overflowing curiosity for everything, or even gaining the ability to fly. The kindly Melemons grow under the care of the Wanshou Garden's Holy Unicorn - Elona.

During the Ragnarok, various realms surrounding the World Tree clashed with Yukishiru, and some of the Wanshou Garden's Melemons made their way into the Atrium world through the cracks. The petite Melemons are curious about everything, especially melodies, thus those who are proficient in melodies are particularly favored by Melomons. Fufu is one of them. In the past, Fufu made friends with many Melomons at the Twin Mountains.

Melomons make promises with the person they likes, and they have their own unique way of making these promises. One must strictly abide by the promises made with them.

In the camp, a new friend "Fufu" has arrived, and the Melomon are gathered around her, listening to her play the Lyre. Adventurers can sign contracts with Melomons through Fufu. Every adventurer dreams of having a Melomon that can help in all aspects of the journey. After training, Melomon can participate in battles to help adventurers challenge more powerful monsters! Of course, more importantly, there's an additional cute (nice to) and lovable (touch) travel companion on the journey~

Melomon are like young children, their understanding of things is comparable to a human child of three years. They are extremely curious about "stories", they have strong emotional responses to the twists and turns of a tale, they actively exchange thoughts based on the story's content. They extract "Move Creation" from the words and lines of the stories and exchange their imagination and then create skills. Short fables and long stories can produce different effects, try telling stories to your Melomon!
