8/16 crows corner FAQ
Q: Will you make an event to increase Divinity slate drop rate like you did for Legendary items ? Currently some divinity slates like Space rift have only 1 listing on Trade House which makes its price ridiculously high and impossible to buy except for flippers. I fear it will be even harder to find one when the season ends if it drops only from the cube.
A:We haven't thought about adding in this event yet.
Q: Hi. Situation with caster weapons in early game feels weird. ""Spring Ressurection"" wands, or ""Sage's Foresight"" staff can carry you for the long-long time. It may be nice for some players, but hinders the notorious learning curve. Also the genre assumes that players should _loot_ upgrades, while the actual replacement more likely will be bought at Trade, or crafted at 80+ level.
Additionally, by my experience melee and ranged weapons on leveling are much more diverse than caster ones. Pls consider adding a generic caster weapon for 40+ level.Or rework a couple of common legendaries into smth like ""Scorching Words"".
A: Spells and Attacks differ. In early stages, the primary source of Spell Damage stems from the skill itself, which has a base Damage, whereas the Damage Source for Attack skills comes from the Weapon. Consequently, Attack skills rely more on Weapon changes in terms of equipment selection, while Spell skills offer limited variation and can only switch between different Spell skills. We will address the growth curve issue later on.
Q: Path of the Brave access is very unclear for the new players. They loot Proof of the Brave and don't know how to use it. What do you think of adding some introduction for PoB? It may be a new tower-like element of Netherrealm,or just an option of Great Void,or Zenoth may give us a side quest similar to craft tutorials.
A: Excellent suggestion; we will discuss it.
Q: How does the additional damage for the "Rushed" talent work? Do you get +35% additional damage for 4s after walking 5m or does it last for only one cast and then it's reset?
A: Neither. The principle is that it checks every frame, and if you have moved over 5 meters within the past 4 seconds, you will receive this buff; otherwise, you won't.
Q: The changes to the Crafting System this season have provided a new stimulus to users in a good way, but there were many disadvantages, such as making it difficult to use various builds, having to check every drop item individually, and rapid inflation due to the excessive resources used in crafting. The development team mentioned that they will improve the Crafting System next season, but it is questionable why you haven't spoken about it yet.Improving next season's Crafting System by just adding a few items that can consume the base items added this season, or fossils that change the attributes of an item, would not be very good. As everyone knows, at least one, and often up to three questions related to the Crafting System were raised during every Crow's Corner session this season. Therefore, you need to give us at least a hint on how you plan to satisfy users and address the numerous issues that arose this season if people are to look forward to the next season.
A:The new Crafting system will be shared with everyone during the Season preview. We are still working on final optimizations and adjustments.
