Games worth discovering
When I play the first blade of God game, I will be honest it was not a good game, it felt like a demo even after completely being launched it is still felt like it was not a complete game. So when I saw the blades of gods 2 I wasn't really looking forward to it, nor I expected anything much from the game..
But after playing this beta version I'm pretty happy to say this game has potential!

Please keep that in mind I'm aware of this game is not finished, and please don't think this is a review, it's just my opinion and this post will not be relatable when the game is released...

+++++++++++ 🎮 Gameplay +++++++++++++++
The gameplay is much inspired by Souls games but no so much that it feel like a cheep ripoff, there are many skills and usual mobile game Summons and many other things which are just included because that's how mobile game should be, like a battle pass a shop with so much pay stuff and also many other unnecessary things..
but with all that usual mobile gaming trending things, I'm not sure how all of this impact on the gameplay, usually I'm worried about this kind of games having a paywall, but for now I can't say for sure,
the gameplay is ok nothing new here, we have normal attack heavy attack and skills just like usual mobile and souls like game has, over all it's mix of generic mobile games with small boring stage and solid souls like experience, The game is leaning on the both side and it's not easy to tell which side is better, at least not for now...

The controls are pretty solid but not really responsive, and the horrible frame drop make it even worse, enemy attacks are mostly not very well telegraphed, so dodging is not that much fun, usually when you are fighting a boss the camera is just so focus on the boss it's hard to see where the boss attack is landing and because of that it's not really easy to dodge, My point is,,
it is not a satisfying system you cannot constantly dodge even if you good reflex, and it's not much fun if your force to just dodge by tapping the Dodge button like a usual Android games,,, so this is what I meant by that game is leaning on both sides, in some aspect of the game feel like a soul type game, but in other things it feel like a generic Android game, and unfortunately the game play mostly feel like a soul game but it play like a Android game,,
skills are pretty good though but so far my charector is so strong that only using skills are enough to kill a boss, so it's not fun and also it's nothing like a souls like game should be..

First impression of Blade of God 2
So first thoughts game seems unique there is a lot to unwrap with a complex build system and a summoning system. I am sure they weren't going for being exactly like Dark Souls games but that might be a good thing. From what I know from Dark Souls this game was a bit off. Things I would like to see is controller support, gear appearing on character when equipped, and more of a open world feel however, on a positive the characters look nice and I love the gun build I have played already. So far I would give this mobile game a 3 out of 5 for now.

Blade of God 2: A challenging and rewarding mobile Souls-like
Blade of God 2 is a mobile game developed by PG Soul Games that is heavily inspired by the Dark Souls series. It is a 3D action game with a dark and atmospheric world set in the Norse Mythos, challenging combat, and rewarding gameplay.
