long story short;
If you’ve played Dynasty Warriors before, this will probably be disappointing for you.
It’s still worth giving a try, it is a BEAUTIFUL game.
Were this game called anything else, I might have given it 5 stars. It plays out like an MMO with instanced dungeons and a linear storyline.
Having played Dynasty Warriors before; I honestly wanted a battle-field ARPG with large scale battles on an open map, das-it 🤷🏻♂️ After playing this game for 6 hours, I doubt I’ll ever find it. You go from skirmish to skirmish, with obtrusive cutscenes and (beautiful, like really beautiful, but) obnoxious cutscenes that stutter your gameplay.
