Manager :
***Get rid of your default manager as soon as possible. The default manager does not provide good tactics and player movements. It also gives very little boosts to the player's stats.
***Save up some money and get the best manager in the market. You don't necessarily need to buy Guardiola(Luis A Roman), you can buy the manager of your favourite team that you watch in real life (e.g. Manchester United Erik Ten Hag). It will be better if you know the manager's tactics and play style.
***After buying a manager in the market, watch tutorials about him to get players that fits the team. Player that does not fit the team will perform VERY BAD in your team.

Players :
***Player's play style is important. Remember to check the playstyle of the player. Different playstyle results in different player positioning in the game.
***POTW is a good option for starters. POTW sometimes includes very good players such as Mbappe, Haaland, De bruyne, Bellingham. Even in some good teams, they play as a starting XI. Make sure to finish the weekly event that gives you a free POTW player.

***F2P starter players should not waste coins in epic/showtime player draws. Yeah no doubt showtime or epic players are very good in the game, but at the start of the game you would like to build a team as soon as possible and with the least resources. Don't waste 100/200 coins in the epic/showtime player pulls, they often results in 3/4stars standards. For F2P OG players, save up some coins and wait for some insane epic/showtime players that gives a massive boost in the game.

H2H = real-time battle.
ATT = Offensive Battle.
Offensive/Defense Efficiency = Forward Push/Return to Defense Aggressiveness (can be seen on the third page of player attributes).
Powerful Heading Trait = allows you to head the ball farther and score faster.
One shot at the goal = The higher the attribute, the easier the player's shot will hit the goal range, reducing the probability of hitting the post and flying.
