In the gameplay you can choose your team logo, uniform and how the uniform looks on the players, but sadly you cannot make your own logo or your own customized team. The teams are all based on real times, you just pick what team logo you want to represent. When it comes to forming your team, it's not overly complicated. You can go into the nitty gritty if you're a big soccer fan and know about how to min max your players stats, but if you're a beginner like I am to any sports, it's nice that they at least have an option to auto form your team based on the best players in your player pool.
