Help pevent overheating and crashes with these simple steps.
1) Lower the Graphics. Just because you have the latest device doesn't mean it can handle the workload generated by the app. Try lowering the graphics, starting from lowest and working your way up to a point where it is stable.
2) Increase your RAM. Now, I know this isn't something every device is capable of, but there are quite a few that allow you to increase your RAM by sacrificing storage space. Increase the RAM size if you can and play again. NOTE: Increasing RAM will decrease battery life and generate more thermal buildup.
3) Take the case off. This might come as a surprise to many, but cases don't help cool your device. As a matter of fact they insulate it. This is bad and can cause damage to the devices hardware due to prolonged thermal exposure. So, try playing without the case and see how it performs.
4) Buy a cooling case. They're a dime a dozen on Amazon, Temu and numerous other online shops and will noticeably cool your device. I have one of those 4 trigger ones with a single fan and it works great!
5) Buy a better device. Everyone loves to hate this tip because they think that because they bought the latest device that it's somehow designed for and therefore will be able to handle some of the more demanding games. This is simply not true. Unless it's the ROG Phone, Xiaomi Blackshark, RedMagic or any other ACTUAL mobile gaming device, they simply aren't made for games. 99% of devices on the market lack sufficient cooling solutions, as such, they are more prone to overheating which again can lead to crashes and even thermal induced device damage.
TL;DR: Upgrade your device, remove the case, and/or buy a cooling solution.
I hope you find these tips helpful. Let me know in the comments which worked for you. If they didn't, well, you probably need a new device.
So basically just get a new phone. Great advice. 😐

As an IT technician I can say there's not much you can do to improve your phone's performance as a standard user. Ofc getting a cooling case will do something to reduce thermal throttling but not much. Also it won't stop games from crashing. If they do it's probably a software or game compatibility problem. Don't download shitty "game booster" softwares as well, they only consume your CPU power. The only thing to have a true impact on performance is rooting the phone, adjusting your hardware power and managing games from your GPU side which will let you adjust "hidden" graphics settings directly from GPU to improve fps in games. That can make a lot of difference but it's quite a dangerous thing to do and can lead to bricking the phone or making it a hot potato when done by an amateur.

Of course they hate the buy a better device tip , in a description that says " how to make your device perform better , of course buying the latest greatest device will do what you want it to do . That is misleading to all
