Game force close after the first cut scene | Samsung Galaxy A55

i'm using Samsung A55 with Exynos 1480.
It's run perfectly smooth till the first cut scene. After it comes to the first conversation, the game suddenly force close. i try to uninstall the game and reinstall it, but the force close still happen.
i don't know why it keep happen. any other people have the same issue ?
Please let me know if theres any way to fix the problem.
