FOR MLBB ADVANCE SERVER BETA VERSION:
It's beta version of advance server with no recharge no account binding as said by montoon.

MLBB Beta is available on TESTFLIGHT app you can install it from there but you might need an invitation mail for it .

For MLBB BETA VERSION App on TAPTAP:
unfortunately this isn't advance server you may call it beta server
advance server are for those personally pick by Montoon like content creators and Some celebrities that play mlbb, In advance server you can recharge and access Early events and skin
Beta server are for Test only before releasing on Official server

I think for me , if you are one of the player who got an invitation letter from mlbb to access in the advance server then 1st you need to go in your profile picture at the bottom at the right side i think and 2nd if you see the mlbb app click the update buttom and i think that's your way to have a another app of mlbb but an a advance server but you can access next week , thursday .
