spoiler alert ..It's like how we call it "mother nature"... similarly the rover was the one who created their existence(not biologically ofc).. and gave them her own reverberations she just designed and fragmented as we see to be called as echoes ..all higher tier TD have their own consciousness and ability to attain memory.. for the high tier td ..rover is the creator and thus called "mother" as the reference of "God" ...same situation for male rover one too ..rover can acquire multiple resonance elements so does many tds..they have similar reverberations too .. rover is the core root for the creation of TDs we have now.
