There are some game upgrades

That can boost your income,move up the retirement age

There are certain events that will be important for the future you can have a girlfriend too and marry her or buy a pet cat/dog and of course fans/media interactions

Your happiness increases by many factors

Made 3 different characters from Greece/Estonia/Portugal but in all characters I have offers only from Irish teams in the start. It would be nice to be able to start from a country of our choice

European competitions after group stage are not 2 legs but one

Only German League is not licenced

I would love to play as GK but you can't

The are awards mainly for attackers

It seems that the clubs don't buy any players and no one retires except you

It would be nice to have some extra interactions with the manager like a loan If they don't use you much or maybe try to persuade him to buy another player that you work well together

There are achievements for national teams but my best player is 28 plays for Bayern but no calls to play for the national team happened maybe in the future

I haven't finished my career with any of the players so far but it would be nice to have kids and take the role of one of your children
