This tier list assumes Inferno Armor (Ronin) as DPS and Saint as converter. All class in the tier list will be filling up the other slots in the party as supportive role.

Some useful spells will be put on each class, to provide an idea of what they do.

S Tier

Classes in S tier are extremely useful and should be prioritized.

Hollgrehenn
[Destructive Hammer]/[Focused Mode] -20% enemy's refine dmg reduc, especially useful for Reinforce affix
[Lucky Refine] Increase Ronin's Headgear refine level, increasing their M.Def with proper build
[Blasting Furnace] Burn enemies
[Artisan's Heart] +60% dmg reduc to a team member
Khalitzburg
[Guide of Rose] + [Flower of Desperation] +30% dmg to Bleeding target
[War of Rose] Enemy take 12-30% more damage (depending on core level)
[Knight of Glory] Convert team's armor to Holy and +50% elemental reduc
[Guard the Spring Day] Heals the team and increase Holy armor level

A Tier

Classes in A tier are very nice to bring into the dungeon, they bring really good utility and/or keep the team alive.

Thor
[Lightning Cling] Group enemies together consistently
Divine Avenger
[Taunt] Cancel dangerous spells, and potentially group enemies together
[Battle Chant] Heals the team
Chronomancer
[Earth Field] Blocks Fire Spirit and most other ground spells
[Fire Field + Field Lord Rune] +10-30% Fire damage, +0.15 Fire element coefficient, Burn enemies
[Warm Breeze + Warm Breeze Rune] Heals the team
[Wormhole] Useful in Confine affix for taking Dreamy Cait Sidhe butterflies
Saint
[Coluceo Heal + Divine Healing Rune] Heals the team
[Faith Pray + Blessing Rune] Keep the converter alive
[Pain Release] -20% enemy's dmg reduc
Spirit Whisperer
[Meow Grass + Mentha Growth Rune] -10-30% enemy's dmg reduc
[Shrim Pond + Seafood Pond Rune] +9-24% dmg
[Tuna Party] Gives a lot of shield
[Groom] Heals the team
[Cat Flying Saucer Bombardment] Breaks Magic Barrier quickly
Yamata/Amaterasu
[Flowing Shadow Heart + One Single Thought - Star Rune] -10-200% enemy's damage reduc
[Myriad Hyakume] -30% enemy's Fire reduc, Burn enemies
[Summoning - Scorching Manzomaru] Breaks Magic Barrier quickly

B Tier

Classes in B tier have useful buffs or debuffs, but there are better options.

[Puppeteer's Trick + Killing Puppet Rune] +45 all stats, +15% final dmg
[Moon Chant] +15% race dmg to Formless, Angel, Demon, Undead, Dragon

[Soul of the Priest] Extra Lex Aeterna (x2 damage) that stacks with Priest's Lex Aeterna (become 3x damage)

C Tier

Classes in C tier have little contribution, but it's better than nothing.
