Phoebe has a dual mode, she can be played as a sub dps / buffer or a dps .
Now there is no one she can buff , so you gonna play her with spectrop rover and changli/verina/Shorekeeper (anyone to fill the 3rd spot)
She is speculated to work with Zani , honestly I don't trust leaks until their are verified and certified as truth .
You can see that she has many best in slots weapons .
Her signatur , puppet master(Yinlin's signatur ), zhezhi signatur is good but she won't really utilize all the passive. You also hot on f2p the new rectifier that is available on fishing event now so go do your fishing!
She is a really fun character to play and I realized that genshin/ hoyo games in general aren't what I want .
I tried to be strong and equal but the difference between hoyo games and kuro is too strong .
You're able to see what stats I put on her , 4 cost is crit , 3cost I got spectro damage and attack you can have energy regen but it's not the best for her . In 1 cost I got att and my sub stats are crit .
I won't do character analysis for each character in the future especially in hoyo games. For me it's odd that in 2025 weapon banner isn't guaranteed also to fly in games like genshin you must pull characters and so on . . .

yeah. I'm still building her , she is level 70 , my average character are level 80 .

Shes like a support but they put her as a main dps like shes supposed to be a sub dps something like that her basic attacks not doing enough damage without the correct sets of stats so she needs basics attack and intro skill stats increase
