Hey Tap Tap family! Last month I played this game (Kingdom Come: Deliverance) on a Nintendo Switch emulator and I like this game so much that i am shering this with you guys. If you’ve ever wanted to experience a medieval RPG that ditches fantasy for raw realism, then Kingdom Come: Deliverance is exactly what you need. This game throws you into the brutal, unforgiving world of 15th-century Bohemia, where every fight, every decision, and every mistake matters.
No magic. No dragons. Just historical accuracy, deep role-playing mechanics, and one of the most immersive medieval experiences ever made. This game is one of unique Rpg game's.
Overview
Kingdom Come is an open-world, first-person RPG developed by Warhorse Studios and published by Deep Silver. Released in 2018, the game focuses on historical realism, meaning everything from combat to character interactions is deeply grounded in real-world medieval Europe.
You play as Henry, a blacksmith’s son who gets caught up in a war that’s tearing the kingdom apart. Unlike most RPGs where you start as a powerful hero, here, you start as a nobody, struggling to survive, learn skills, and earn your place in this dangerous world like we doing right now in this world.
Gameplay Experience
Kingdom Come is not your typical RPG it’s a deep, realistic medieval simulator. Everything from weapons and armor to daily life and politics is based on real history and Sword fighting isn’t just button-mashing you need precision, stamina management, and skill.
You also need to master Survival Elements like Eat, sleep, and take care of wounds, or you’ll suffer in battle and the Deep Role-Playing Mechanics are great Every decision affects the world, and NPCs remember your actions. The one thing I hate was there No quest markers. And there no fast travel at first, and no supernatural abilities (I can work without them) just pure, immersive medieval life.
The game doesn’t make things easy, but that’s exactly what makes it so rewarding. Every battle won, every skill mastered, and every problem solved feels earned but you can mods 😅.
How the Game Feels to Play
Unlike other RPGs where you can instantly become a master warrior, in Kingdom Come, you start off weak and inexperienced. Game Combat is highly realistic Instead of spamming attacks, you need to time your swings, block, and counter carefully, Archery is difficult (for me don't know about you!) – No crosshairs or auto-aim.
The Horse riding feels natural ori say best Traveling across Bohemia on horseback feel real and painfull, but be careful in combat!
Lie, steal, or kill, and NPCs will remember and react to your actions, so if you kill someone try to don't leave any eyes who see you alive.
The controls are realistic but take time to master and that’s what makes them so immersive.
Graphics & Sound
Kingdom Come is one of the most beautiful medieval RPGs I ever played. Lush forests, detailed castles, and realistic medieval towns bring Bohemia to life Every sword, bow, and piece of armor is designed based on real historical sources.
The Orchestral soundtrack perfectly fits the medieval setting, from relaxing town tunes to epic battle scores and You can hear every sword clash, armor rattle, and horse gallop, making battles feel intense and realistic. With its attention to historical detail, this is one of the most immersive RPG.
Storyline & Characters
Game follow a grounded, realistic medieval story Instead of saving the world, you’re a blacksmith’s son trying to survive a brutal war. Set in Bohemia (modern-day Czech Republic) in 1403, the game faithfully recreates the political struggles of the time. You have to deal with lords, knights, bandits, and peasants, each with their own motivations and goals you can make enemies or allies, join factions, or choose to be a noble warrior or a cunning rogue. This story isn’t fantasy it’s real history, making every moment feel grounded and authentic.
