The latest chapter update for Dead by Daylight introduces Chucky, the infamous doll turned serial killer, from the Child's Play slasher-movie franchise as a Killer character in the popular asymmetrical multiplayer game. Scheduled for release on November 28, this new addition brings the original voice actor, Brad Dourif, reprising his role. Furthermore, players can personalize the new Killer with the Good Gal outfit, inspired by Tiffany Valentine (known as the Bride of Chucky), complete with the voice of Jennifer Tilly.

Dead by Daylight to feature Chucky from Child's Play along with new Perks: Hex: Two Can Play, Friends ‘Til The End, and Batteries Included. Release set for November 28, including original voice actor and unique abilities.

Developer Behaviour Interactive is teaming up with Remedy to bring Alan Wake to asymmetrical multiplayer title Dead by Daylight. Alan Wake will join the cast of Dead by Daylight‘s Survivors on January 30, and in the mean time, the character is currently playable in the game’s time-limited public test build on Steam right now. Along with the arrival of Alan Wake, Dead by Daylight is also getting a special limited-time modifier—Lights Out. The modifier essentially makes the game much darker, stripping Survivors of several of the tools that they typically make use of in their usual matches.

This is the most anticipated update since the game's release in 2016! As a both survivor and killer player, i see this as an absolute win. The Xenomorph features abilities that revolve around being a stealth-based Killer, and can use its razor-sharp tail to strike at Survivors. The new Killer also has the ability to walk on four legs to become stealthier, reducing its Terror Radius in the process. Survivor players can look forward to playing as Ellen Ripley, and a new level based on the Nostromo Wreckage is also available.
